I have ordered twice from Lama Factory. The first frame, for a medium sized art work, was of reasonable quality and seemed a good value for the price. The company sent a box into which I put the artwork, and a few days later it came back nicely framed. The second order, of two small frames for diplomas, was disappointing. Rather than receiving a box to send my diplomas off and getting them professionally framed, I received the frames themselves and had to do the framing myself. The quality was very disappointing as well. Very cheap frames and hardware with plexiglass. No backing paper, no proper hanging hardware. I felt like I had been taken for a bit of a ride, I have to say.
