I have just received my Opal Wonder 11/11 Angel Wing Earrings. Their ravishing beauty has taken my breath away. Hand carving is the precision and artistic work of a master, and so is the design of metal findings. The packaging was absolutely secure and well-padded, and Lisa Marie's presentation and accompanying note was inspiring. Thank you Lalimalu for your exquisite artistry.

Lalimalu did not honor their return policy. I ordered the earrings and the necklace, and wanted to return the necklace. The wings are beautiful, but the other materials don’t look as good quality. I met all return requirements and Lisa refused to send me instructions to return the item. Lalimalu also changed their return policy on their website after our email exchange and they now take returns only if the item is damaged. I felt scammed. Watch out.

The situation involving your purchase has helped us to clarify and further refine our terms and conditions regarding returns of our items. In the interest of transparency and truth, we are attaching herewith the returns policy to which you have referred in your review, and we draw your attention to the language which clearly stipulates returns/exchanges being conditional upon written claims being made within 7 days.
Your order arrived with you on October 5th, and your written claim for a return was received by our company on October 15th. In no way has Lalimalu dishonored its obligations or its returns policy, and at no point did our designer refuse to send instructions to you.
Furthermore, we have emailed you with some options regarding an exchange of your customized item, even though your request has fallen outside of our returns policy. We always do our best to serve our clients and are sorry that you have felt it necessary to write in this way about Lalimalu.

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final. For online purchases, LALIMALU will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip and a written claim is made within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned with the original attached tag.
For energetic reasons, we will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns that do not meet our policy will be not be accepted.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of LALIMALU receiving the item. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit on the way back to us.
To return an item please e-mail us at info@lalimalu.com with a photo of the item you wish to return and our team will contact you with the return shipping address and packaged requirements. Any original shipping charges or return shipping costs will not be refunded.'
