Fraudulent transaction involving PATRICK LA LILA sp. z o.o. and Linoship Transitários, LDA

I paid €3,500 to PATRICK LA LILA sp. z o.o. for 500 kg of CPU scrap. After payment, I was suddenly asked to pay another €2,800 to a shipping company called “Linoship Transitários, LDA” for supposed Basel Convention certificates.

Polish customs have confirmed there is no customs declaration for this shipment and no known activity from the shipping company. Despite repeated requests, the seller refuses to deliver the goods or provide proper documentation.

Please be cautious — this appears to be a fraudulent operation targeting international buyers.
