Very impressed with Lakeland leather they kept me informed from start to delivery. The leather jacket purchase was of great quality very pleased.

this is the second leather jacket I have purchased from Lakeland Leather.. they are the softest high quality leather I have ever had.. the delivery service is so quick and beautifully presented.

The website was clear and straightforward to use, and the description and picture of the leather jacket was exactly as it said and showed. I am delighted with my purchase and the leather is particularly soft. Excellent value for money too.

A really nice crossbody bag. Just the right size and enough pockets to keep phone, purse etc easy to access. It is good quality and I am really pleased with it.

Delivery was next day delivery. Leather was butter soft fit was excellent. Sadly colour was wrong for me not as expected phoned customer service spoke to a lovely girl explained the situation she was very apologetic forwarded me a return label almost immediately. Posted Friday had an email on Monday stating jacket received later had another email to state refund would be in my bank within 2days. Excellent company would highly recommend. Will purchase from them in the future.

I was in lakeland leather in Northallerton today and I bought a leather case for my glasses in the samples box I paid for it literally turned behind me and saw a better case which was more expensive I hadn't even gone out of sight of the sales assistant I asked if I could pay the difference and buy the more expensive case the sales assistant attitude stunk she said no there's no returns on samples I said but I've literally just bought it I'll pay the difference for the more expensive one but no she turned her back on me and walked away. Before I was served there was a couple in front of me I don't know what was said but I saw the man throw a shirt on the counter told her you can stuff it and stormed out the shop if that's how Lakeland staff treat there customers I'll never step in that shop again. Also my aunt who I was with was going to buy a leather jacket for her daughter but when she saw how the staff member treated me she put it back the woman staff member was extremely unpleasant.

This is my second pair of slipper from Lakeland. My first was from one of your stockists I lived in them even summer. So when I found the website I was spoilt for choice. So when save a bit I can put it towards another pair

2 lovely glasses cases! Beautiful soft leather, size is perfect and the colour is just exactly right, so thank you all round!

My bag is absolutely beautifully made - with real care and attention to detail. Excellent quality , packaged with care and communication and delivery were excellent. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because I ordered navy and I feel the navy is more of a dark blue-ish grey - so I’m a little disappointed with the colour. However that may just be my own take on navy! Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first purchase from Lakeland Leather and done online So was a little worried if it's gonna fit and be genuine product. I made an online purchase on Friday night and my jacket was received on Tuesday morning (Wilton Leather Jacket). I can feel is genuine product and fit well on me. I have purchased 5 jackets from Lakeland in the past year (yes I have a problem!) 4 of which have been at the Clarkes Village store and another via the website. I also ordered another which I returned/cancelled. The quality of the jackets are fantastic, great quality leather and sheepskin that is extremely well cut with a great fit. I actually think they are better in person and on than they are made to look on their website! The staff in the Clarkes Village store are great, amazing service and really helpful. The online buying experience is the same with quick replies to emails, fast delivery, and really easy to deal with.
I would absolutely recommend for both the quality of the jackets and bags, and for the great customer service.
