Absolute sham of a company took 48 days to receive my shed instead of the 14/21 days as stated not worth the money got a shoddy promise of £50 refund 6 weeks ago I'm still waiting supposed to have a new roof and door panel sent out I'm still waiting AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid! Don't let the actually very nice website fool you into a purchase.

Before buying I had a few questions and the response was great - even out of the advertised working hours. As soon as I paid though that's where things fell apart. The 10 day delivery window came and went. When I could get in touch I was always gas lit with some kind of new problem. Then got told the order is being picked then 2 weeks later the shipping container hadn't arrived.

In the end I asked for a refund which they agreed to and patiently waited the 7 days and... nothing! Ended up getting the money back through the bank.

Can't work out if it's a scam or they're just woefully incompetent but either way steer clear of this company. You might pay a little more elsewhere but it's worth it.

I wish I had read all the reviews here, it looks like there is a very common theme!

False advertising on size ordered to what was received. Offered shelving kit as apology but mnever received. False promises and false advertisement. Avoid at all costs. No response to emails and calls fob you off with excuses.

1st the shed is great & very good value

everything else is rubbish about this company.
customer service is crap

emails not answered or reply a week later.

phones calls - an average wait of 25-30 mins to get through . then very vague answers or fobbed off & they will send an email

They use working days for delivery times
which is vague in itself

i had to wait roughly 8 weeks for delivery

if it wasnt such good value , i would of got a refund

TBH you get what you pay for.

Keep your money safe. Long story short, we ordered a shed for over a £1000. Order got delayed, we got offered an additional product. But after another month. NOTHING CAME! 2 months later and after dreams being sold to us. We cancelled the order. The refund was meant to take 7 days to be processed.

It still has not been issued, currently my money is gone, no product delivered. Absolute shambles of a company.

Utterly useless. Any review giving a 5 star is from within the company or a bot.

Ordered a shed in April, chased and chased false promises (same story as other reviews) cancelled order finally as I did not believe shed would come. Received refund, but shed still came in July. I had rearrange return and chase on this.

Completely terrible company, spend your money elsewhere. Drop shipping rubbish and using your funds to keep their game going as long as they can. Save yourself time and stress and don’t purchase from this dodgy ‘company’.

I have just built the 6ft x4ft pro grade premium shed- except it is NOT 6ft or 4ft. The shed is in fact 1 foot shorter than advertised both length ways and wide.
The measurements stated on the page do not even match the advertised size - and it is clearly deliberate and  very sneaky that these are in centimetres rather than feet and inches, in the hope that people will over look this.
This is false advertising plain and simple, it is advertised as 6ft x 4ft, it says that on the box, on the instruction  booklet and not 1 measurement either internally or externally, makes this shed 6ft x 4ft. 
Unfortunately for me, I assumed they were linked with Lakeland and didnt think to check Trust pilot- another very sneaky tactic. But going by Trustpilot, they obviously don't care about scamming people. I am very annoyed with myself as I always check Trust Pilot!

So... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Appalling. I have now taken to calling them everyday in the desperate hope of getting a refund or replacement for the broken garden storage box they sent. Maybe I’ll write a book compiling the various lies customer services tell me. Avoid at all costs

Avoid this company. Ordered on 3rd July and goods finally arrived after more than 5 weeks of broken promises. Emails ignored, phone assurances repeatedly false, and only delivered after I demanded a refund and threatened escalation. Poor communication, unreliable service, and overall a stressful experience. I will not use them again.

If I could give a zero I would.
Lead time for delivery 9 weeks with loads of lies via phone and no replies via email.
When the shed finally delivered it was smaller than advertised, shed was advertised as 6ftx8ft as per website and box, the website says they round to the nearest foot but when I went to school that would have been 5ft x7ft (product was actually 4ft11x6ft11inches) -AVOID! Just spend a little bit more and get a Keter from a reputable supplier.

Ordered my Pro Grade 12 x 8ft Shed on 6th June 2025 'in stock' with delivery expected in 14-21 working days. Finally received it on 7th August and built it today. I am happy with the product and it is worth the money.

I experienced issues with Lakeland and ArrowXL regarding them being inconsistent with certain details while on the phone with them, especially with delivery and stock issues. This seems to be a widespread issue considering what other reviews say. They did answer the phone every time I called. The details they gave were vague and not always concrete. Very frustrating, but I believe the problems were at importing and containers. Easily resolved if they didn't say in stock on the website when buying. Don't promise something you can't deliver.

Nevertheless, I got what I bought with the stress and anxiety of "will it arrive, won't it arrive" and all this was completely avoidable.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This is a total scam outfit - abusing Lakelands registered name and causing confusion for consumers. The entire experience of ordering, paying and then recieving nothing for weeks on end is nothing short of scam behaviour. Speaking of which - check out the company details on UK government companies house - you will find that the founders have setup multiple companies in the past all of which have gone bust and folded via gazetteer notices etc. trading standards should be doing something about the professional conmen who run these companies and steal money off people via the internet. It's a disgrace they're allowed to conduct this scam repeatedly.

Stay away shed never arrived waited for 21 working days after I canceled took me about a month and a half to get my refund ,saying next week or there was an issue with the warehouse,what a horrible experience

Do not use this company , I very much doubt it’s even a company Unprofessional when answer the phone always the same person which was my first niggle , I always check reviews but we thought it was part Lakeland as in the shop
5 weeks and still waiting for our shed every week it’s on its way , cancelled the order and now Saying the email can’t send , luckily we have confirmation confirming the refund , won’t drop this until we receive a refund Credit Card company now dealing with it

This shed took the exact 21 working days to be then sent, another week before it arrived.
The shed is not advertised correctly, this shed is 6x4ft but 6ft high & 2.5ft depth! It’s tiny! Be aware of the dimensions. & the plastic base is so thin & flimsy.
On trying to return, the after care service is shocking! Emails are not replied to & arranging the return is all down to you including cost! Then… they will ‘inspect’ to let you know ‘if’ they will then actually refund the cost of shed, by this point you are £100’s out of pocket! & no bargaining power!
Do NOT purchase from this company.. you won’t get what you expect!

Ordered a patio storage item 3 months ago. Despite numerous calls and emails, I was given an apology and reassurance item was on its way. I have sought a cancellation and refund. Be aware of this company

my experience mirrors many people on here- ordered a bin storage unit for over £500, initial emails were met with a pleasant response but as i tried to firm a delivery date, just met with constant "hi, sure let us look into that for you". Forced to send them a 7 day deadline otherwise i will open a formal claim with our credit card provider.

Absolutely shocking service, very likely a scam.

Wow, we were so impressed from the first moment we opened the boxes. We immediately put the combination of two doubles and one single together and they surpassed our expectations. My son who is not easily impressed saw them and also decided to place an order. The piston hinges on the lid along with the soft closure and lockable consealed handles were perfect. They may only be bin stores, but I am so proud to have them in my garden. The customer service was amazing and I would buy again from this company without hesitation. I wish I had seen these before I had bought my original wooden ones as there is no comparison. Well done to everyone at Lakeland Home. 👏👏👏👏👏

SCAM! Wish I read these reviews prior as they are exactly what I am experiencing since I placed an order 10 July. Shipping container delayed, told it would be delivered on x day, it wasn't. Multiple calls, same excuses, lack of any care! Reported to my credit card company for a refund dispute case as sounds like I am never going to get this item!

Product is ok for the price and does the job we need it to however the screws provided fell out of the holes and we needed to adapt with other screws we had. Sorry to say but the customer service was terrible. Upon opening the box it was immediately obvious our Toomax 970L storage box was damaged, so we took pictures and contacted the company immediately. 6 days later we received an email asking for photos (already sent) and the part from the manual. I had not continued to open the remainder of the packaging because it was immediately obvious it was broken and I was reluctant to take it all out and have to then try pack it all back up again of it needed to be returned. So I did nt have the part number at that point.
I replied to the email with photos and an explanation of this. No reply! Follow up email 2 days later, still nothing. Follow up phone call 4 days later, they said they had the pictures but needed to part from the manual and a new part would be sent out overnight. I took all of the parts out, and sent the required info that same day. 9 days later still nothing, a second phone call and 45 min wait to speak to them they said they would get the parts department to send it out overnight and we should get a message from the courier....only for the part to finally arrive another week later.

Sorry to say but we definitely wont be using this company again.
