Don’t do it. One month later and I’m still waiting on my order that they claim was shipped expedited 3 day shipping.

Wished I would of looked at reviews before buying anything from these schmucks. I’ve sent 2 emails asking where my order was. We’re at day 16 and still nothin. Time for a gd refund from these sonsabitches.

A lovely ring..oval solitaire..had lots of compliments. Fits well and average time delivery..10/10

I received my wedding ring set within a few weeks and it’s beautiful. I’m very happy with it, especially for the price. Just because it’s from China doesn’t mean it’s bad. That’s just my two cents.

I ordered a wedding set from Lajerrio on March 7th has set emails to them they replied back saying it was being prepared so finally I received it on March 30th..
It is NOTHING Like the wedding set I ordered it Not A wedding set but a single $2:ring when I paid $135 for my wedding set..
I AM VERY PISSED
I emailed them waiting on a response..
I have sent a attachment of my orderd along with picture of they sent me..

Ordered on March 7 and here it is March 20 gets replies every now and then still no rings I'm sorry to say I will not be ordering from this site again I put a rush on it but still no ring and they response time is terrible that's sad yall show beautiful amazing jewelry but don't deliver like u said yall would I'm very disappointed with your company

I just got my ring set today and it does not look like the way it looks on their website. This is some serious false advertisement and I would never buy from that website again I feel like I wasted my money on getting this ring I would recommend people not to buy from this website at all, the wedding band looks like costume jewelry, but the engagement ring looks fine. That doesn’t make any sense to me whatsoever so highly recommend do not buy from this website EVER!!!!

Where do I begin? I believe they paid them on you tube to give a good review. Because my husband ordered 4 sets of rings. 2 men and 2 for me. My rings that was gold in appearance I'll just say that, after a few weeks it looked like it perhaps was painted over. It began to have silver appearance under the back part. Ok then my silver one began to look dark like tarnish or something. And on top of that now my husband's ring stone fell out. It look like they just stuck it on the ring. It's definitely not put in like it's supposed to. So I emailed them on 2 different occasions since these happened on different days. Told them the problem. I had to basically threatened to get my lawyer involved because they tell you they are sorry about that and offer you 40% off their site towards another purchase. Now why in the world would we want that? So when I declined that they wanted to send me 20% back of my money. Nope I want a full refund if you can't send us new rings. They claim it's under a 1 yr warranty but you can see it's not legit. I'm telling you once I mentioned lawyer they quickly replaced those rings! Don't buy from this company. It's not worth the headache! I rather buy from the US of A next time!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought $124 ring from them. Never received it and no refund given. Never buyer anything from China again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They claim to be a UK site but it’s in China. Ordered a ring for Christmas and paid express shipping £15. Still waiting a month later. Keep being fobbed off by someone named JOY in emails, with different excuses each time. Ring is still not ready apparently now. Impossible to get refund keep being told to wait. DO NOT USE!

They sold me a white sapphire ring but my jeweler looked at it and said it wasn't a sapphire. And of course, Lajerrio Jewelry won't return my emails.

Ordered a ring through here. Took forever to receive. Came about a month or more after it was suppose to arrive. Had to send emails to them and was lucky to get a response. I also ordered a size 7 ring which is my normal size. And the thing literally falls off my hand if I shake it.

Site advertising as UK site, but its actually China. Order a ring on the 1st December shipping was supposed to be 9 days but didn't receive my ring until 30th December. 30 days.
Customer service is apporling and no phone number worked.
I would recommend never to use this site

Still waiting a month and a half since ordering. Wish fb and all other social media would stop letting scams on their platforms.
Update 11/7/22 finally recieved my items minus 1 was bo after I purchased. Item does fit and does sparkle I tiny bit. Not near what their website boast. I will not be ordering again. Items come from China.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER ON 10/07/2022 - 24 DAYS LATE, MY ORDER ALSO INCLUDED A “FREE GIFT SET” - WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER PACKAGE THERE WAS NO “FREE GIFT” IN THE PACKAGE..

NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO OFFER A REFUND FOR MY $18 - NOR HAS ANYONE ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED TO THE “FREE GIFT” THAT I WAS PROMISED….

there’s no Zero so I rated a 1. Should’ve been -0…. The website is deceiving, they advertised the ring as a huge 18.5 carat with pics & all but it’s only like 4 carats. Does not glitter or shine looks like a piece of glass or plastic. Just terrible. They take your money plus shipping and for what , you get nothing. I will donate to Goodwill!!!never again!

These ppl are scams. Please don’t order! The ring I ordered looked like something you would get out of a bubble gum machine. Do NOT order!
