I should have read the trustpilot reviews prior to ordering 3 necklaces with the cross and crown. Looked at tracking for the past 2 weeks and realized the package was shipped from overseas. Finally re... See more

I feel the same way I wish I could give…
I feel the same way I wish I could give a negative for this company within a few months the crown tarnished and it says lifetime warranty, which is false advertisement. They will not replace it. They said it’s past the 30 days or what’s a lifetime warranty if you only have 30 days to return it and it happened on 60 days first they said they’d give me 20% off another necklace now they’re saying 30% 35 and now they’re saying they’ll give me a full refund on one necklace. This is ridiculous and let’s see if I get my refund.
Negative stars
Negative stars would be more appropriate. Not to be redundant, but they do ship from China and customer service is terrible. Upon receiving the items, I could see through the packaging that they looked cheap. I would not give as a gift, which is what I bought them for. When I asked how to send them back for a refund I was told that since I received what I ordered, they saw no need to refund my money. But, as a “goodwill gesture” they offered 10% refund! After many emails, I was finally offered 30% refund. Long story short, not a Christian company, not a US company, not a company you want to do business with.
I wish I could give negative stars!
I wish I could give negative stars. Using Jesus to scam people is actually insane. Ordered a package and it never came. Requested an email, unless you request 2-3 times they will not respond to your request. After 2 months I emailed them due to my package number being expired and they said “it will be there in a week or two” was it delivered? No. I emailed them again (2-3 times before I got a response) “we’re looking for it”. Another month and I emailed them again and disputed my charge with my bank. Please do not buy from this company, it’s a waste of time and a scam. I’ve never had such horrible customer service. I purchased the item December 27th 2025 finally disputed it April 1st 2026
Excellent Heirloom Gift
I had a very good experience and love the beautiful cross and crown necklaces. I bought one for all the girls/ladies in my immediate family. They are so very pretty. A very nice piece of jewelry that represents our shared faith in Jesus Christ. I felt good knowing they are all made of sterling silver and 14k gold plated, won’t tarnish and waterproof. They come with a lifetime guarantee!
I bought the cross and crown necklace…
I bought the cross and crown necklace for my daighters for Christmas and by Febuary they were already tarnished and the finish gone. The jump ring broke on one the first time worn. I messaged the company and they said "after carefully reviewing it they had been worn for an extended period of time". I guess these necklaces are just meant to be twirled in front of lights to look pretty. They finally agreed to a 40% refund.
I made an order on February 15th and…
I made an order on February 15th and still haven’t received anything! Feels like a scam! Don’t trust it or order!
Beware! Poor customer service.
I ordered three cross necklaces from this company. They were only worn for a short period of time and started to tarnish and fall apart. I reached out about the lifetime guarantee that’s advertised on their website and they declined to refund or replace my items. This business does not uphold their advertised lifetime guarantee. Beware!
Necklaces tarnished and they don't honor their guarantee
I ordered my crown & cross necklace 3 months ago. It's now tarnished and when I contacted the company with pictures to claim under their "lifetime included warranty", they answered that I did an extended use over time. In 3 MONTHS.
They told be nothing could be done. They wouldn't replace the necklace, but offered a 20% reimbursement! What a scam!
Scam…
They advertise as 14kt gold & sterling silver, but they are stainless steel, very cheap. They were shipped from China not from US as they indicate in their videos, definitely a scam!
Do not trust!!
Never got items but sure took the payment!!!! Never contacted me back. Do not trust this company.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM. Never recieved my necklaces after multiple emails and clarifications. What a waste of time and money.
I only gave it a 1 star because 0 stars…
I only gave it a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
My Grand Daughter gave me a link to this site to buy her 3 religious necklaces for her for Christmas 2025.
After multiple emails from "them" saying that the necklaces were on the way, then they had been slowed down due to shipping issues, I wrote them back asking for when we could expect them. They again responded that the necklaces were on the way but since they were late they offered me a discount on other items that I could order now. I didn't fall for that line and kept waiting for the merchandise.
They never arrived even tho Lainly tried to say they had delivered them.
That was when I decided all of the negative reviews that I had discovered were accurate and that I probably was not going to see the necklaces EVER.
I contacted Chase Bank and they quickly reversed the charge and began an investigation into Lainly...I hope they catch the culprits who are behind this "company" and lock them up for a long time.
NEVER try to order from Lainly....you won't get your product.
I really wanted to like this company
I really wanted to like this company, but I ordered the "buy one, get two free" cross and crown necklaces — I doubled the order, expecting to receive six necklaces. Instead, I was charged almost $200, rather than the $40 or so I expected, and I received twenty-one necklaces instead of the six. And they came directly from China, so there was no cooperation on Lainley's part for me to return any of them for a refund. They did offer me a 40% discount, but that still leaves me at nearly $140 — and apparently I'm now in the jewelry business! My credit card company is going to handle this debacle for me. (Plus, I don't think these are really sterling silver.)
Failed to deliver items..
Failed to deliver items... though tracking started delivered... disputed worth my credit card list dispute. Filed with Bbb list with them. Evil company.
I received 3 necklaces but 1 chain…
I received 3 necklaces but 1 chain broke I’ve been tryin to get another and no response! I’ve emailed co bout 2 mos ago! If they don’t make it right I’ll never order from them again! And tell everyone I know not to either!
I ordered an item a month ago and still…
I ordered an item a month ago and still have not received it. Response from the company has been vague. They tell me they cannot cancel my order nor refund me. SCAM!!! They claim to be a Christian company based in the U.S. SCAM All their social media accounts are based from the Phillipines. When they sent me my “tracking” number it said it was coming from China.
These are really poor quality it does…keep its words at all.
These are really poor quality it does tranish very fast only after a week, I do not recommend this product to my worst enemy was a waste of money and embarrassing when I gifted these to my closest friends for Christmas telling them that it doesn't tarnish as their Ad states. I feel I was deceived and coned by the company's lies and misleading ads! I would really rate this no stars not just 1.
I ordered five necklaces at the first…
I ordered five necklaces at the first of December for Christmas presents. I haven't received them yet. And I'm sure I will not. I've emailed them several times and they honestly give me the information I just gave them. Of course they say it was delivered on January 2nd. But it was not. Their delivery service you to pay a fee to look up your delivery.
This company was very dishonest and…crooked
This company was very dishonest and advertised a sale that wasn't true. I ordered one necklace with a cross and a crown. The sale was buy one and get 2 free. That never happened. Ive emailed LAINLY twice and i was told its in the mail. Its been over a month now. Also , the necklace was way to short. Its made to fit a child. Im very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this company. No wonder there's no number to call and speak to customer service 🙄
