Product Failed Just After Warranty – Zero Support. Avoid!
My electric toothbrush stopped working just over a year after purchase. I reached out to the company about one month after the warranty expired, expecting at least some goodwill support.
Instead, they flat-out refused to help — no repair, no replacement — just an offer to buy a new one with a discount. That’s not support, that’s a sales trick.
A reliable company stands behind its products even slightly beyond warranty. This one clearly doesn’t. If something breaks right after warranty, you’re on your own.
Poor product quality, terrible service. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’ll make sure others know what to expect.
