I own three pairs of Laidback London sandals. They’re absolutely beautiful and fit well. However the quality doesn’t match the orice. For around £100 per pair I would expect them to last far longer. I haven’t worn them much but all three pairs have one issue or another - detached sole, the centre piece which fell off or the leather colour which comes off in the rain. A shame as they’re so beautiful to look at.

Love all of my Laid Back London boots. They have been my go to this winter- I have 3 colors and the cream is transitioning me to spring- they are comfortable and stylish and I get so many compliments! Fun find!

Had the Jun 4.0 slippers gifted to me as a Christmas present. They are gorgeous and were so pleased with them but the right slipper started to rip and fur became loose within the first month of wear. I have been trying to reach the customer service team for two months now, with multiple follow ups on my original email but unfortunately, no response! I would have hoped for more seeing as they are expensive for a pair of slippers, plus when the brand ethos is craftmanship and quality - really disappointed! 

It's great to see the brand innovating, but they should keep the classic lace-up boots without a platform in their catalog. Those simple, timeless boots from a few years ago were perfect—please bring that model back!

Ordered boots on Saturday through the website for a birthday gift, had an issue with courier. Contacted laidback London by email, they sent a new pair same day. Arrived the next day. Boots look amazing. Can’t wait for the unwrapping.

I purchased a pair of their boots in Santa Fe, New Mexico. One of the boots squeaks so loudly they are unwearable. Even in places where there’s a lot of noise, you can hear the squeak above it all. So embarrassing. I contacted the laid-back London team, they asked for a video. I sent them the video which is almost funny to watch, It’s so loud. But they have ignored me and have not initiated an exchange. These boots are very expensive and I feel as if I’ve wasted all that money.

Excellent service and the perfect boots! I’m very happy with them. I highly recommend it.

Highly Recommend these Slipper Boots from Laidback London. I have had a couple of pairs now over a long span of years and they never fail to impress me. Warm Cosy, Easy to get on/off and look AMAZING. Stylish and worth the price tag. Alway get the comment 'oooo i like your boots where did you get those from?' Thanks LL for quality and COMFY shoes.

Great sandals - beautiful and comfortable. I always receive compliments when I wear them.

Wasn't too sure due to some reviews especially about socks falling down 😂.
But I thought I'd give them a go and I'm glad I did. Do the socks fall down? yes initially they do but if you persevere in time they don't. They are stylish and different without compromising on comfort. They are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I now have 2 pairs and about to get a third 😁. I would highly recommend them. Give them a go they're great and very warm. Oh and I returned one pair and had no problem with customer service.

In addition to the beautiful, warm, functional boots from LBL, their customer service is top notch. I had used the wrong shipping address in Shopify and noticed just as my order went through. LBL was super helpful and responsive in getting this worked out with FedEx and I received my order with minimal delay. Thank you!

Still awaiting a reply from 2 emails requesting confirmation of my return that was received by them over 2 weeks ago

Love them! Fashionable and comfortable!

I returned a pair of boots on 8th December, the return was then acknowledged on 10th December. Despite sending numerous emails to the customer service department I have still not received a refund. I have also tried calling the helpline (12 times in total) but no one has answered.

I ordered shoes that didn’t fit and contacted customer service immediately to arrange a return. I received no response for over a week, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I was completely ignored. By the time I was able to act again, the return window had expired.

Based on my experience and similar reports from other customers, returns and customer support seem to be a serious ongoing issue. Very disappointing.

Have coveted a pair of these for a few years & decided to treat myself for winter. Was v excited about their arrival.
However, initial joy of putting them on rapidly wore off as EVERY pair of socks I put on with them get swallowed down to my soles within 10mins of moving in them - this completely detracts from any comfort they provide. It's clearly an issue with the style or lining or something as I have tried from thin to thick & they all do the same & have read other people saying same thing. LL's answer to the problem seems to be wear thick socks (this does not solve the problem at all), or wear no socks (this is weird & impractical as they are a winter boot).
They are now an expensive frustration that I look at but dont want to put on.
Also, the stitching, though a lovely feature, starts to fluff/fray from the very first wear, so I'm v dubious about how long it will last intact.

Gutted & don't recommend for this reason.
