I discovered Lahome via Pinterest. Based on what seems to be a thoughtful and affordable option, I immediately placed an order. Communication was clear and kind and delivery swift. I was surprised it arrived folded vs rolled, but took little time to flatten. The quality is actually better than I expected based on the price and experience w textiles. The rug looks puuuurfect. Thank you!

The rug I ordered was beautiful; however, I had a loveseat that clashed with one of the colors in the rug. Customer service was expeditious in responding to my inquiry with options. The expense and hassle of me returning the rug was offset by Lahome offering a partial refund and for me to keep the rug. I am happy with my experience.

Didn’t like the rug I ordered. They contacted me and are giving me a refund so I’m happy with their customer service.

Waiting for my replacement as you read this. Unfortunately we believe it got stolen off our porch and customer service has been amazing at helping us get a new one!

ANYBODY that has a complaint about these rugs simply doesn’t own one. I have the “9x12 bug rug” and I love it so much I bought two runners to match and getting ready to order more. The colors are beautiful, the material is soft. These rugs just sweeping with a broom in between washings. I plant to order 3 more that are 9x12 or larger for my bedrooms as I have heel issues and am not really a fan of hard wood. I ordered a really nice 1/4” felt pad from my local box store and non skid pads for the runners and I’m good to go. Thank you for delivering a great product in a timely manner with no drama. These rugs are THE BEST!!!!!

This is an excellent company! There was a mix-up on my order, but Jen had it fixed up in no time. The rug, by the way, is GORGEOUS!

Great return experience

The rug is beautifully designed, but I think still needs some quality improvements in order to beat competition like Ruggable. The shag shows some white at the root and has to be swept in a very particular way in order to hide it. Customer service was excellent and provided partial refund.

I’m being asked to give a review of a product I have not yet received. I ordered my rug on 2/25/2026. Today is 4/9/2026.
I’m hopeful I will still receive my rug.

I ordered rugs for my dining room, bathroom and entryway. Each rug looked exactly like the pictures online. Light weight and durable quality. Simple online ordering process too.

The runner is gorgeous .. Vibrant colors a soft footing and no slip an all .. Shoud have ordered the 8 foot ..just love it

I bought 2 rugs and love them both! Great quality and came quickly too!

When FedEx never updated my shipping status, it appeared that my rug had been lost in transit. Customer service was great- I was offered a refund or they would send a replacement. I opted for the replacement rug and within 4 days, it was on my doorstep. The rug is beautiful and soft. 5 stars!

It took a long time to receive the rug we ordered! I contacted the company a couple times before I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to get me my rug till nearly the end of April! My response was a request of a refund if I couldn’t receive my rug by April 3. I got the rug yesterday and it is really nice! There were gold creases in the rug yesterday but this morning they have all nearly disappeared! Now we want to order an additional rug but don’t want to be left on the back burner again with no forth coming communication and me having to send numerous emails to finally get the rug!
Might be too much frustration to contend with! I’m usually not this fragile but my husband and I both have cancer and are struggling! So there you have it!
