Poor customer service

I ordered several rugs and received partial order 2/13. Unfortunately, one runner was missing from the order. After four emails, finally received response on 2/23, but it was like a form response as if the responder (or AI??) didn’t understand my request. I promptly responded with their requested info, then had to wait another week before getting another response. Again, sadly, the response wasn’t directed to my specific issue. Sure wish they had a phone number to call and get an immediate response. I like the rugs but won’t use again because of all these delays and hassle.

The 5x7 rug is very nice

The 5x7 rug is very nice. I ordered the 5x7, 2 runners, 12 corner grippers and picked a bonus Christmas rug on 17/Feb/26 and received everything except the runners on 23/Feb/26. I sent a msg to customer service last week indicating that the runners have not yet been delivered. As of today, 4/Mar/26, no response and no runners have been received. The only way to contact this company is by email. They do not appear to have any service agents.

Customer service sucks

I have tried to contact customer service for three days and have had no response

Your reply is even worse than your customer service since I didn't even make my complaint until March 3rd

This is one of the most responsive…

This is one of the most responsive companies I have ever bought from. I accidentally ordered two-they immediately fixed the order. Very nice product, great price, fast shipping. My son loves this rug (it was a gift for him). I will be buying more! Just overall, great experience.

Hello, After being sent the wrong rug by accident I am happy to report that I have been promised a full refund. I was also told to keep the rug that was sent by mistake which I thought was generous. Rugs are thin and flimsy

Rugs are thin and flimsy. It is a print on fabric like a blanket then seen onto rug backing. Product won't last long. We had one session of cleaning a spot and the fabric is all stupid now. Horrible. Don't buy. Not quality at all.

Scary Reviews

After ordering, I was nervous seeing several reviews stating Lahome was a scam and people weren’t receiving the product as advertised. I received mine yesterday and I was so surprised. The quality was way beyond what I expected. It’s soft, thin but has a nonslip backing. I was essentially expecting a misprinted blanket after seeing other reviews and that was not the case. I did find that the pricing was not uniform across platforms. On their website, it was $200 and on Amazon, it was $120. Guess where I ordered… I brought it up with customer service and they responded within two days offering a 20% refund. I’m very pleased with my experience with Lahome,

I wasn’t entirely happy with this rug…

I wasn’t entirely happy with this rug and was only offered a partial refund. Be warned that they don’t accept returns. The rug has no nap and my vacuum doesn’t glide across- it gets stuck on the rug.

What is a return address of phone number to call you????

I like the carpet; I DO NOT LIKE the fact that I can not reach anyone in regards to a return. No phone number to call, or NO return on an email sent twice for an ADDRESS to send the carpet back.

Reevaluated review

I ordered two rugs. I only received one rug. I have emailed customer service six times. Without any response. I like the rug I received and would like to have the second rug. Or receive a refund.
I didn’t realize it was the Chinese New Year. My second rug arrived and I and happy with both rugs.
They are pretty and soft. But, they are hard to vacuum. 🤷🏻‍♀️ we’ll see how they wash.

Charming butterfly rug

I recently purchased a washable rug from LaHome and couldn’t be happier with it. The design is beautiful. It adds warmth and character to the room, It laid flat quickly with no curling at the edges, and the quality is excellent for the price. The rug is thin but has a grippy back, and it stays in place without slipping

What really impressed me is how easy it is to clean — It’s soft underfoot, practical, and perfect for a busy home. I would absolutely purchase from LaHome again!

I love the rug I purchased

I love the rug I purchased! It’s beautiful and playful with its colors and flower patterns. The rugs are low profile due to their washability so they are great for walkways and under doors. If you want a more plush feel, just purchase the rug pad for underneath. The top of the rug is soft and easy to clean up spills and pet hair. I would definitely buy another one.

Quality F Customer Service F

The fabric is more like a blanket--not a rug at all. Fold lines are PERMANENT. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They do not uphold their return policies. I think all of these reviews are bot-driven and suspect, which is a surprise for Trustpilot.

I see that they answered below. They sent an email, and I answered them...AND THEY GHOSTED ME AGAIN. Please read the 1 star reviews which say that they BRIBE customers into giving 5 star reviews if they want a refund...and they renege on those promised as well, once they have the 5 star fake review...which FOOLED me and made me think less of Trustpilot
