I’m very disappointed. I ordered a round trip flight because it was cheap. Of course I got scammed into paying $200 more for the flight because they magically sold the other flight to someone else. Stay away from this company. So rude the entire time. He did not listen to what I had to say. I told him certain emails take a long time getting to me, he says yes yes they could take a couple of minutes. I told him I was constantly scrolling back and forth between junk and my inbox then he continually told me to keep checking…. He doesn’t listen.

They give you a price, you reserve and before they call you to say the price is not available now, and you need to accept a other price, which is higher and if you dont accept you lose your money.

They made me change my review, and would give me a voucher within 24 hours but didn't get it.

My original review was "My reservation was not booked because of over booking. However, my card was not charged".

My wife and I booked and paid for a couple of tickets with Lafetravel. The day after we received a phone call from someone at Lafetravel. The lady’s accent was very hard to understand. They said there was no seats on the flight we booked and that they would offer us a direct flights instead for which we had to pay 3 times the price. The tickets went from 400 cad to over 1000 USD. We were told that we could not cancel or be reimbursed. By then I understood it was a scam and politely mentioned that something was not right. I asked the lady where they were based. She said Wyoming. I said I would call my bank straight away to cancel the payment. Instantly she said she would send us a cancellation email. That was quite a swift turnaround. I went online and read about that exact scam in the same fashion and order. It left a bad taste in our mouths. Careful!!!
