Few more days and it's already been a month, and the order has not arrived. Worst is I have seen some of the items I ordered also available in Amazon where I can order and receive in a day.
The only positive feedback I can give is that they responded to me in email a week after I order. I have to email them now and we will see if they will still.

Excellent quality and customer service. Great updates on order while in transit and I received my online order within 12 working days. Unfortunately, some articles I have ordered were too small in sizing. La Femme within 24 hours of receiving my email offered the option of a full store credit or exchange for all articles that are too small. Garments are excellent quality and will definitely be using La Femme for future purchases.
Horrible quality.
Returpolicy is 14 days, but you need to send them email to get a returncode, but it is impossible to return the items as that do not reply emails. I have send them 6 email without reply.
I ordered 2 items, a plaid jacket and white shirt. The items took a bit to get to me, but I received email updates and I didn’t ask for them to be expedited so everything was good. Both were good materials; however, they were a little small. I contacted them on their last email to ask about returning and they responded directly to make things right. It’s tough buying clothes on line sometimes but good customer service helps that out. I’ll be buying from them again.
The items I ordered matched their online description and photos. While delivery took a bit longer then expected, the customer support throughout was consistent. I will be exchanging my cardigan for a larger size, so my only tip would be check your size against LFW's measurements.
I purchased a cardigan/jacket and it was ridiculously small. They refused to take it back. Even for a credit. Returns postage from Australia was very high too.

As mentioned by others, the item was not as described, in fact vastly different and poor quality. Additionally the size was way off! Being offered a credit as a bribe to provide a high rating adds to the unsavoury tone of this company and is contradicory of Trustpilot policy. When items are not as advertised the purchaser should not be penalised by having to pay for return of the item.
Items were not as presented. The quality was sub/ standard and the return policy is unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.

My purchase is not near or close to the quality as it looks in the picture… the material is so cheap…. Very disappointed in their clothes… very very poor quality
They send substandard products, that are not the items shown on the website, if you ask to return them they offer you a voucher for the full amount but only if you give them a 5* review. If you want to return them it costs £15! Any which way they screw you over and then just disappear and stop responding! They should be banned!
They responded to this asked for my email which I supplied again and then Nothing, no contact!!

Terrible company, products are bot as advertised, the quality and fit are different as is the sizing guide. Have tried for a month to contact customer services to return the items for a full refund by e mail and on Instagram and there’s very limited responses with the majority of my messages ignored .
The quality of the items is great. Unfortunately, I had to return two items as they did not fit as expected. The return options were limited for international shipping, so I opted for store credit instead. Communication was clear and responsive. The shipping and return process does take time, but it was manageable as they consistently replied to customer inquiries, unlike many other companies.
