This a a scam. I oder the 3 bottles for $177.00 now they are charging me $250. Stating If I didn't scribe in a certain time I'm charge the scription time. And the most important this is you never loss weight. I want my money back and and stop hassling me with phone calls.

They did not increase energy and mental clarity. They also caused weight gain. The company will not honor their no questions asked money-back guarantee either. Do not waste your time and money, whether it is for weightloss or for increased energy. They do not help with anything.

This is an AI scam! There is no documented proof that Rebel Wilson endorses this product. Once trapped in a subscription it’s impossible to get out of it; even by unsubscribing. Charges appear indefinitely & there is never any response from customer service. A HARD “BEWARE!”

Laellium says they have a money back guarantee within 60 days, I have contacted their customer support 4 rimes now and have not been sent a refund form or a RMA number so I can return the 6 bottles I purchased in early November (much less than 60 days) The Better Business Bureau is next on my list.

Spent over $100 on the supplement. Read cancellation policy will not let you cancel unless you give them unrealistic 30 day notice. I am totally stressed because it is costing $333 for nothing. Can't access their ABC Trainerize and they have already taken 2 payments . Predatory coaching . Stressed and we need that money for taxes.

They have only robot as so-called customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get info on how to return my product for a refund as outlined in the "60 day money back guarantee" to no avail. No address or phone number and no human to speak to. I DO NOT recommend this product - $179.00 down the drain. Even Oprah's video is likely faked.

The product did not work for me. I contacted customer support and requested my promised 60 day money back guarantee. I did not get an answer to my request for a refund. It’s been two days. When I hear back, I will update my review. I’m feeling skeptical as other reviews explained how it was difficult to get just some of their money back. I do not recommend buying this product.

The claims for weight loss are totally false! Do not fall for this ad as I did. It is a HIGH pressure sale and if you watch closely, the use of Oprah to hawk this is AI generated.

Having told this awful company that I wanted a refund - they told me I would have to fill out a 20-25 minute questionnaire, then be given a code , then the return address, then post it back at my expense (no problem) the, IF they felt - having reviewed my return - that they could issue a full refund that they would do so!!!!!

What is even more disappointing is that this product is sponsored and endorsed by Oprah Winfrey who must be ashamed of her association with these charlatans. I always thought she stood for decency and honesty!!!

I tried the product without results. I trusted the company would honor their 60 day satisfaction guarantee with 100 % refund with no questions asked or hassle. This was not the case. At first I was offered a 50 % refund because some of the product was used, then after many emails and more than a month I was offered a 70 % refund. They refused to honor their 100 % refund no questions no hassle guarantee. I would not have tried this product if I had known I would not get a full refund if I was unsatisfied.

It is a known fact that everyone is different and the results will be different. But never expected this from LAELLIUM.
Facts: I have never had a weight problem, but I am getting older and wanted to stay trim so thought LAELLIUM would help with that. As of today, October 17, 2025, I have just started my third jar, I have taken two jars of LAELLIUM, and have not lost a single pound. I do not eat fast foods and I do not drink sodas. I eat lots of veggies – I eat real organic food in small to medium portions. On the YouTube Marketing Commercial with Oprah, she raves about how effective LAELLIUM is. That is disappointing when someone who has stood for the truth is not really truthful. The one thing I did not do was check the reviews BEFORE I purchased 6 jars and spent over $300. I learned a good lesson and now check the reviews BEFORE hand. I also found out that dishonest marketing is used for many products. So, the products that really work, will now suffer because of the dishonest marketing ones. There will always be several who writes a fair and honest evaluation of a product. That is what is good about TRUST PILOT. Very sad about Operah though I will finish the six jars and maybe will lose a pound or two? We shall see.

It was a waste of my time. Not sure where to begin. As soon as you place the order they charge your credit card. I immediately changed my mind and they would not reverse the charges even though they did not process my order. Returning the product is even harder. If you want a 75% discount on what you paid and want to keep the product keep asking to return it because they will discount the product for you to keep it. The big question is will they actually credit you back the 75%. They had said they would credit me back 50% and I never saw it. In my mind anything that is marketed that hard and very diffecut to return is a scam. I spent hours on trying to return the product. Also a read a review it mentioned that Laellium only had one ingredient to help control your appetite versus other products that have more. I would think twice before purchasing the product. If it really was that good they would not need to hype it up and make returning the product such a hassel. Every time they emailed me it was in spanish and english... when it was obvious I was an english speaking person. No matter how much I wanted to return the product they would not take no for an answer.... I finally got a return address. No let's see if I get my full payment back. I did have to pay to ship the product back so I am out $12 for getting sucked in.

The site says they will give you 100% within 60 days, so I ordered the 6 bottles. After using for a full 30 days, not 1 lb difference in weight, no difference in energy, sleep, NO change at all. So I contacted them for returning the unopened 5 bottles. Then they start with the super slow response, then ask why, then with another super slow reply, then they say they I will have to fill out a form, more delay. Then they send a reply saying I will have to pay for shipping? so getting 100% back is not really true. They are not registered with the BBB, now I see why. When you try to search laellium, they have paid all the search engines to move them to the top, and of course all you see are glowing reviews, which are not real. No need to waste your money on just another one of these fake claims to lose weight.
