No refund for my return
I ordered sandals that arrived not only nothing like the pictures, but so badly made they were completely unbearable for anyone. I got permission to return them, and followed all instructions including paying for return postage, but after fighting them for a refund for years, they have never returned a dime of my $73+. They claim to have never received the return even though I have the paperwork to the contrary.Their headquarters are in Hong Kong and like so many of these crooked companies that crop up on Facebook, I think they feel safe scamming us from afar. Don’t deal with them.

I love all the shirts I have bought over the years. I get so many compliments on all of them I just love laddy go app. Sometime things takes a little longer to get things but was only during Covid but I have never got anything I didn’t love! You can’t go wrong when ordering from here!

I’m very disappointed in tops I ordered. They fit nice, but supposed to be sparkly with sequins for our beach vacation formals. These do not have sequins or and sparkles at all. It’s a grey and white speckled area that should have the sequins sewen on.
They misrepresented their tops!

I never received one of my dresses that I purchased. I never got contacted about the dress and no one contacted me back on my email about where my dress might be.

It takes a VERY long time to process and even longer to get the items. It has taken a month to get to me. Long after events have come up and had to choose and purchase something else because my order takes too long. There is not good customer service.
