Good affiliation with the BBB
I like that this business has a strong affiliation with the BBB. Besides offering loan support for businesses, there are other links with the BBB to help the business out and have an even better standing. The rating this company has with the BBB isn't bad and makes it look more trusting.
Terrible and Misleading Experience and Service
I am writing you to share my experience with your employee Marty BoBo. In the beginning he was helpful. I was very concerned about my credit score and he answered my questions. We reviewed my accounts and selected a few for the Beyond Finance program. He led me to believe that even though my credit rating would decrease, the accounts that I kept would remain the same without out any recourse from the program. That was not true. As soon as my credit score dropped, my credit score dropped over 200 points in less than two months. My creditors American Express began reducing my credit limits down to $1000 from 12,000 credit limit based on my credit score and other creditors like Citi Bank and Capital One closed other credit accounts based on my credit score. My home owners and car insurance went up due to my credit score as well. I went from. 760 credit rating down to a 565 credit rating. I specifically asked Marty if I gave one of my synchrony bank accounts to the program would that effect my other accounts I had asynchrony bank. Marty told me no not from his experience. Well synchrony bank closed my other accounts I had open with them based on my low credit score. I am not pleased with this service at all and I have very little credit or credit limits on my open credit card accounts to work with since I entered this program with Beyond Finance. Marty completely mis lead me. My other concern I have with Marty is the rude email he sent me below. After I signed the paperwork for the debt settlement program with Beyond Finance, Marty said I could cancel the program at anytime. When I ended up refinancing my home and paid off all of my outstanding debt along with the debt I gave to Beyond finance to save my credit rating, Instead of Marty being happy that I was able to pay off my debt and save my credit rating, he sent me the rude email below which is unacceptable. I will never recommend ladder loans, beyond finance to anyone I know needing these type of services and i especially would never recommend Marty BoBo to work with anyone I know that needs these services as well. I am asking for an apology from ladder loans and Marty BoBo
Sincerely,
Brad Bishop

Hi Bradley,
I just saw that you cancelled your program to pay off your debt. I don't understand the strategy here. You were on the way to paying the debt off. I'm sorry I must have done a bad job helping you understand why the "only people that aren't successful are only those who cancel" but I'm pretty sure I mentioned that 3-6 months is the sweet spot. I have a habit of repeating this with everyone I speak to. Did you come into some money that allowed you to pay in full? Even so, this is still the least expensive route. What happened? Had I known you weren't going to stay committed I would've told you not to move forward.
Best,
Marty

Great customer service, low interest.
I found their customer service to be excellent, and I felt like my loan specialist was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with me. I don't like having to ask for financial assistance, but they made the process as easy and direct as possible. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to consolidate their loans to reduce interests and pay off their debts.
they have great customer service
they have great customer service, helped me understand the loan process from start to finish.
My experience with them is the best
I wish I could give them zero
I wish I could give them zero. I make over $100,000 a year. My credit score is 668. I have about 21,000 in debt excluding my mortgage and I wanted a debt consolidation loan. They denied me for everything. Even the kind lady I spoke with had no explanation. They not what they say they are. I was so sure I was about to at least get a high interest loan offer. I would be very
weary of all of those 5 star reviews that all sound the same, computer generated, and/or written by the same person. They ain't even 2 star

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone was very pushy and even rude! Rates were extremely high and he was very upset that I was denying.

A Great company to work with
A Great company to work with. Actually cares about the customer rather than just money. Will definitely work with the company again if needed.
Top notch service
This is the best company for loans out there. Their customer service is top notch. They make you feel so secure and comfortable throughout the entire process. I was at ease while dealing with them and walked out happily with the loan I wanted on my conditions. Highly recommend Ladder Loans if you want peace of mind!!
Upfront and Transparent!
Ladder Loans is very transparent about their policies. Their customer service is great too.
My time with LadderLoans was awesome
My time with LadderLoans was awesome, mainly because of their awesome customer service. Their website was super easy to use from the get-go, and I appreciated how upfront they were about everything – no hidden fees or surprises.
But what really got me was their support team. They weren't just smart; they were genuinely nice and always ready to lend a hand. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond with personalized answers that made me feel like a VIP.
And when life threw me a curveball and messed up my repayment plan, LadderLoans didn't even blink before helping me sort it out. They really went above and beyond.

What made my experience great with this company is their top notch customer service and many great options for loans. They also don’t have a credit score minimum requirement which made it easily accessible for me. Overall it’s a great company!

A great company to use
I was worried about the whole process and wanted more information. I called and got treated really well and all the questions I had were answered. Glad I decided to go with them because they made this process simple and I recommend using them.
Pre-Approved? Not Even Close.
I received one of their pre-approved letters in the mail. I'd been thinking about a consolidation loan, so I started what I thought was an application online. As soon as they had my contact info, I found out they were going to call me. It was midnight. My phone rang at 7 AM the next morning. I ignored it. They're lucky I was already awake and at work. They called back at 2 and the guy said almost everyone is approved and they send my info out to 10 lenders, and if they say no, he has two more that he uses. I was hesitant to do that, but he said it would not affect my credit. I said go ahead. I was on hold for about 5 minutes and he came back and said I didn't qualify because one of the lenders I currently pay is a predatory lender and the other lenders figure there must be something wrong with me if I took 'such a bad loan'. I happen to be quite fond of the lender in question and have used them three previous times. So, then he says he will try the last two options he has and back on hold I go. Five minutes later he's back with 'good news'. He lists out five bills that I have, including the 'predatory lender' and a loan I have from the actual fortune 100 company that I work for, and says this new place will contact them and get my balance reduced so I can pay it off. I knew where this was heading, but asked, 'reach out how?' He says they will contact these places and tell them that they are predatory lenders and demand they reduce my balances. I told him 'absolutely not' and that one of them was my employer and he says, 'oh, well we can remove that one'. These are all legitimate bills that I owe (and have zero problem paying, by the way) and his solution to my loan request is to destroy my credit by having settlements. Stay away.

These guys are HONEST!
I received a pre-qualification letter in the mail suggesting that I consolidate my monthly payments into one payment. After filling out my contact information online, Michael N. called me and talked to me about what my options are and how they could be beneficial in one way, but in the long run would cost me more in interest. To make a long story short, he talked me out of taking out a new loan and suggested that if I'm currently comfortable with my monthly payments that I stick with it. Saving a couple hundred dollars every month really wouldn't be savings me money in the bigger picture. These guys are honest!
