Product image did not match the actual helmet

The helmet itself is fine, but the overall experience was disappointing.

The product page showed a helmet with a white vent, which influenced my purchase decision. After receiving the helmet, I found that the vent was red. The store later confirmed that the website image was incorrect.

I was told they would check with the manufacturer, but after multiple follow-ups, communication stopped. The only alternative offered was a free item on a future order, which is not practical for international customers.

I wish this had been handled more professionally, especially given that the product images were inaccurate.
