Went in with a defect shoe and after…

Went in with a defect shoe and after talking to all employees, manager Danke looked at the shoe called it a defect and agreed to an exchange for a new shoe that he suggested. We picked out a size and he asked me to return with the receipt for the exchange. I returned and he started calculating Thailand exchange rates and returned with a bill for the exchange. I told him that an exchange is just that, an exchange, somewhat different from money back which is what he now was proposing. After some discussion he agreed that he shouldn’t have said exchange, but he still would not exchange the shoes. He seems like a nice enough guy but someone who does stand by his word should not be in retail, let alone be a manager. I left unhappy and realized later that I had left my AirPods by the cashier and went back to get them. A female manager waiting outside started following me to get the AirPods or the bag back and only after returning to the shop did the male manager confirm that they were mine. The female manager started lying about why she followed me and the whole thing turned ugly. What a disaster, no wonder they have so many 1 star reviews.

Out of Stock, If you believe!

Yesterday I bought a pair of Lacoste shoes from Zalando along with other things. The price was € 56,00. Then today, the Lacoste shoes in my order were cancelled due to "out of stock". But look, the same shoes, same brand, same seller and same size are still available on the site, and the price is now € 89.95. It's miraculous!

Failing Lacoste quality

First, the tennis shoe/sneaker’s leather was too stiff. I returned the unused shoes and it took almost 2 months to get my refund. Second, I was always happy with my men’s xl tee shirts quality.H, now the material is a lot thinner and the size has shrunk. Third, I recently cancelled a in processing order to just add 1 more item and re-order and Lacoste cancelled my account. I called 5x to get an explanation, but got nowhere.

Lacoste

Lacoste

Lacoste have some the best designs and impeccable thought there range.

How ever there one line Custermer service is the exact opposite for example two to three weeks to respond to a question made on there own web site.

A item return system where you may wish to send an item back that you’ve received but the Lacoste site is still saying your item is on its way so you can’t return it.

A point reword system where your often told sorry if your lucky but you won’t get your reword item because we have ran out and don’t think we will back date it.

Have you got to Legend level at Lacoste? legible for your free custom-made item. Oh no can’t be done systems down and no info when it will be back up not sure if you will now get your item now. Send a enquiry email. I’ve been waiting two week and still waiting.

Made a £300 to £400 pound order and it’s late and you find out half your items are missing phone Lacoste they will help you out. First your asked why didn’t you call sooner. Then your told you should reorder the items. And in terms of compensation I was offered something so insulting I told them to keep it and cancel the complaint order.

I do like Lacoste but when your paying high end prices for a Low end service it’s about time to reconsider.

Bought a jacket online for £195

Bought a jacket online for £195. A week later noticed the same jacket in store for £119.
Informed Lacoste customer service it was like saying we have your money now go away.
Not interested whatsoever in the fact I had paid £76 more for the same item.
DON'T SHOP ONLINE AT LACOSTE.
