Potential Fraud

I ordered a mattress on the 8th of January. I was informed by Compagnie du Lit that the mattress had arrived in the warehouse of the transport company in Belgium (Agediss) on the 20th of January. Since then, neither Compagnie du Lit, nor Agediss are able to tell me where the mattress is and why it has not be delivered. A week ago, I finally receive an email asking me to arrange the delivery for the 6th of February. I accept and make arrangements to receive the mattress on that day. But there is no delivery, no one informs me that there would be no delivery, and when I call both companies, they are still unable to tell me where the mattress is, and why it has not been delivered. Note, that both companies received the full ammount corresponding to the purchased mattress. Hence, this seems like a fraud case.
p.s. Everytime I called Compagnie du lit, a representative of theirs assured me they would call me back, and they never did, not once.
