Poor quality
Bands are good and comfy to wear, however quality is poor.
Within 2 weeks the strap started to come away from the plastic part which connects it to the watch. I connected customer services, and although they were friendly took a couple of days to have a new strap sent out.
New strap arrived and again within a couple of weeks the same issue has occurred.
I’d also say the strap has lost a lot of its elasticity within a short time period.

Lacebands - great customer service - Highly recommended
I ordered a laceband for my wife, she was delighted with the product however after a few months unfortunately it began to sag. I contacted the Lacebands customer service who were fantastic. They sent a replacement strap immediately and we very diligent in all communications. Highly reccomended.

Very happy with my new band
Very happy with my new band. It's much more secure than the rubber ones and easy to get on and odff.
Doesn't start my ecxema off like others do.
Using the print-out size guide meant I got the right size straight away. They're not cheap, but that's reflected in the great quality, and the website has good offers.
Lovely colours – I will be back for more.

Great product, great customer service.
I love my lace bands. I purchased 2. It’s great to have a range of colour options wider than other providers. The lace bands are easy to put on your watch and comfortable to wear. They don’t stain when they get sweaty running or wet washing hands. They keep their elasticity. Customer service is 5 star. I ordered the wrong size incorrectly and their service and helpfulness was great. They are also a great price against other providers. Thank you.

Great colours and really comfortable. Great customer service too - they changed the size for me with no problems. I would happily recommend them but my only comment is that if you like them snug then I would buy a size smaller than they recommend as ultimately they will stretch in my experience. But a great buy at the price (and my Apple one stretched too and cost 4 times as much!)

The bands are great but they stretch
The bands are great but after 1 month of using them they stretch so much my watch rolls around my wrist with ease.
Bought 3 and after 2 months 2 of them are useless.

Fantastic watch strap
Fantastic watch strap, i went on an activity holiday spent 6 days in and out of the pool & sea, strap drys fast and gave me the confidence my watch wouldn’t fall off during water sports.
Already ordered a few more colours 👍

Great quality and look great on.
I bought the cream lace band and I love it. It’s great quality and really comfortable. I forget I have it on most of the time.
You can trust the measurements on the site as the bands are true to size. I wish I had ordered more and took advantage of the special offer.

Don’t let you return
Ordered several straps, checked sizing against the Apple sizing using the guide. The straps arrived and are too tight and uncomfortable. I’ve requested to return the items, and was told I could exchange them (returning at my cost), but the next size up is two sizes bigger than I need according to their size guide or 60% off another band. I just want to return and get a refund!
UPDATE: Following writing this review, Lacebands did authorise a refund on the purchase. This was a slow process, required approval from their head office and for me to pay for a tracked delivery for the return. But I was able to return the products for a full refund.
