Ordered some earrings for my wedding that look so different to the pictures on the website. They made them look a lot bigger in the pictures. And they make them look almost slightly blue. Which they arnt attal. They are tiny and just clear stones. When I asked about returning we was told we couldn’t return them. Even though they have been misold as looking like different earrings. I’d make sure you want them and check before you buy from here. The veil we ordered wasn’t like the picture either.

The shoes are beautiful and they look as they were in the picture. Comfortable and elegant, the perfect match for my outfit.

I had an issue where one of the chains I’d received for my bridesmaids had a small but noticeable knot in it, that I couldn’t remove(I was worried about breaking it)
After raising the issue, within 24 hours, they had sent me a new necklace, which was perfect.
Unfortunately these things happen & I was more than happy to return & exchange, but there was no need.
