Under no circumstances should you buy anything from this company. My order was never received and no refund was offered after 9 months of emails. There customer service gave some ridiculous story that they 'don't know what happened' but they have done nothing to rectify even a credit!!
They should be shut down for being thieves, a racket, and a fraud!!!!

This company is an absolute scam. Products are misleading and very poor quality. There are several complaints about being a bait and switch organization. Once you buy they don’t comply with exchanges and returns. Do not buy from this business

Received product several days after Christmas after shipping and receiving date set for 2 weeks prior. Once goods were delivered, they were low quality and poorly sized. I did not check refund policy carefully and will have to ship back to Australia from US at my cost. The goods are not expensive but i am out $100.

"Cashmere" sweater came from Australia without any garment tag, no manufacturer, material, size, car instructions, etc. I ordered a 2xl it fit like a small. It did not look or feel like cashmere at all! It took 6 times of contacting them before I didn't get the automatic response bot. They said I could keep the garment that didn't fit or I could keep it and get 20% off the item and not pay for shipping fees. Why should I have to pay for shipping fees when the wrong item was sent plus not be able to wear it. Google research that it probably was 3rd party drop shipped and they are fakes from this company. I filed a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered what was described as a cashmere sweater, on 12/6. It didn’t arrive until 12/29. It is obviously not cashmere. I contacted them through the return form on their site. It took three tries before I finally got a response. (The site says returns must arrive in 14 days.) They said that since it would be so expensive to ship it to Australia, they would offer me a refund of 20% of the price. I asked for the address for the return, and they have not responded.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered one pair of what was supposed to be a very good quality brown leather boot with wool lining throughout. The photos that they presented online looked amazing. What I got was the cheapest junk boot I’ve ever seen in my entire life and the smell being omitted by the boot was unbearable. It smelled so much of chemicals or formaldehyde or something that you shouldn’t be breathing in. I had to actually put them in the garage while I waited till the next day to return them, this company goes under the guys of being out of Australia and selling their product in the US, trying to force you into taking the product and keeping it for a 20% discount or buying some other garbage from their site that you will again not want because the quality is so cheap. I would rather buy a pair of boots at Goodwill and use them then use these brand new smelly cheap boots. There is nothing quality about this product and it definitely isn’t worth $200. It looks like something you’d go to Walmart and get for $10 or maybe 15 tops. It cost me $92 to return the boots so basically I got 50% back on my money still better than the 20% discount they wanted to offer outrageous don’t buy from this garbage company.

Complete scam! After browsing on this website, two other websites popped up on my computer with two different names, but the same clothing ads as Lacceti. One was Hudson and Mark and the other was Todd Wexler. Both appeared to be small businesses and the pictures of the storefront were the same except each picture had different owners standing in the front! Laccetti and the other two websites all have the same clothing for sale, teh same models, same ads, and seemingly the same storefront just with different owners. Steer clear and don't get ripped off ! !This website is a total scam.

I ordered 3 pieces from Lacceti. I experienced what others are saying (wrong sizing, no tags and cheap fabric) except one of the pieces I ordered DOES have a tag. The name on the tag is Xiaomili, not Lacceti. After reading reviews about returns and reading their policy, I will be donating these clothes.

An absolute shit show of an experience. I believe at this point their customer service email is AI. They sent out wrong items, and the items were missing tags. I tried to work with them to come to a solution but “Astrid” was completely incompetent and unwilling to fix things. Couldn’t follow through on things and eventually I gave up and got my money back from my credit card.

I ordered a cashmere sweater according to their size chart. I received a sweater at least 3 sizes too small. It doesn't feel like cashmere. The product label had been cut out prior to delivery, I can't verify size or product material. You must pay to ship returns to Australia. I just wasted my money. Don't order anything from this company.

Not true to size. Asked for replacement. Said they would provide larger size if I paid shipping. I said yes but they did not have product I wanted in one of the items. Picked another item expecting both to be replaced. Only one was And now they claim they can not replace other item. I just threw away my money and I don't want others to have the same experience. Don't buy from them. Not trustworthy

Terrible quality. Not labels or care instruction tabs to start with. The colors don't match and the products are certainly not cashmere as disclosed in the marketing.

Charged me for the item on the day I ordered but 8 days later has not shipped. Phone number is turned off? 2-4 days to answer an email? Lots of red flags. Filing a dispute with credit card.

Like others we were very disappointed in the quality of the clothing. It was very cheap material and craftsmanship. Look like they had been previously used and passed on to us. Not worth the price nor the hype. They arrived with all brand and care instructions tags removed.

They have no customer service. No way to contact them but an on line form. Still waiting for a response…

Chose another vendor for your clothing.

I ordered a black cardigan on 11/14/2025 and still has not been delivered. No updates. No communication. It’s been stuck in Richmond d for several weeks. I contacted them and have received no response. Never again

Items are very cheep. Nothing like the ones you see in the pictures. Chinese cheep charged a high prices. SCAM!!!

I ordered 2 paira of “leather sandals”. I got plastic with broken loops that don’t work. Cheap and Cheap looking. These scammers should have their business permanently close. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I give it a big 0. No customer service, nothing. Call your bank & they will refund it.

This merchant is the worst. There has to be a way to alert people to stay away. It does not matter if i received merchandise in return for my money when the merchandise was the wrong size and never mind that they don’t tell you the size guide is wrong and who cares if the size is wrong when it does not even look like the item on the website

The items are cheaply made with no tags or labels. The sender address is Hialieah, FL, but the company insists that you get permission for refunds or exchanges in writing from them via email and that the items be returned to an Australian address! My cost to return the items is $135.00. There was also a disclaimer at the post office that I might have to pay $500 in customs fees at a later date. Everything about this experience has been horrible. Avoid this company.
