Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Ordered end of August 2025, got nothing. Wrote to customer support, they assured me they will ship soon. Nothing happened. Eventually I disputed the payment at my online bank. Submitted all the mails to and from, and said I never got the package. Still have not. But here is the worst: once Mastercard disputed the payment they charged me again! So now I paid twice for NOTHING and even the bank could not help me (yet).

If I could give zero stars I would it is over 6 months now and I have still not received my order or had a reply to my last message sent to customer service

I ordered two labubu’s and an outfit for my younger sister for Christmas. I ordered this in august and it still hasn’t arrived!! I missed the parcel once and they should’ve tried to deliver it again. I spent over £80 and I have emailed several times. I have begged for refunds and I have emailed saying I will be taking legal action. Absolutely disgusting and is a scam, do not order from this website they are just taking your money!!

Ordered in July for September birthday. Chased in August no response. Chased in September got a response saying waiting shipment.

Chased again in November. No response. Obviously a fake site. Now need to get my money back!!

Ordered two Labubu. Nothing for a month. Chased customer service and did get an email saying they were shipping. One month later…. Nothing.

Do not use this company. Absolutely disgusting the way they are treating their paying customers. I put in an order on the 30th August for $177 and still no order and still no reply from this appalling company.

I ordered some Labubu Dolls for Christmas presents on 4 Sept 25 via the Shop App. I received confirmation of the order by email. By 1 Oct the order was still processing as in my Shop App. I then emailed Labubu Mundi, no response. I emailed Shop 1week later on 8 October who just forwarded the email to Labubu Mundi. There has been no response to emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HOW TO GET A REFUND IS NOT CLEAR. My order still says its processing.

I placed an order August 28. I have gotten no response and no delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are fraud. Non existent.

We lost 165€ because of this stupid scam, I'm gonna sue them, cuz THEY CANT SEND REAL STUFF, BUT SCAM OTHERS AND ARE DIRTY LIARS. We ordered a 4-er pack from the e-mail from my grandma too, so this such a big scam.

I ordered from Labubumundi on 25th August. I have received nothing…no Labubus, no email, no updates. I have emailed a few times asking for updates and then a refund and am being ghosted. I have also reported them via the Shopify app, but they’re just ignoring me. They are a fraud.

I ordered my little boy 2 Labubu's for his birthday, that was 1.5 months ago and they haven't arrived. I got one reply to one of my emails telling me to be patient and nothing since. I have since requested a refund and havent had a response.

SCAM - Don’t purchase from this company. $73 down the drain and the bank won’t refund me because I authorised the transaction.

I bought 2 boxes on the 2 for 1 deal and guess what... It never arrived. Save your money and avoid disappointment. I'm trying to claim a refund from my Visa.

The so called „Company”is just a scam. They just take your money and send nothing you order. The price for Labubu is attractove comparing to other Stones and that’s why people are tricked into buying them. They don’t respons to emails, nothing. Please read these reviews. I ordered a labubu for $40 usd on August 23rd. I read reviews about the site right after saying it’s a scam. 20 minutes later I couldn’t get a refund they said. Here we are on September 22 and I have no tracking and no response for “customer service.”

Ordeteded on 30 August. Tracking the purchase through Shop. Items have not shipped. It’s a scam. I’ve reported the site.

Absolute shit company!! They advertise authentic labubus. I ordered 4 big into energy boxes at the start of august, had no updates on delivery process until I emailed requesting a refund. My order arrived this morning and not only are the boxes crushed and severely damaged but they ARE NOT what I ordered on their pathetic website. I have received cheap shitty imitations of lazy yoga lafufus. Do not buy from this website. If your in Australia buy you can buy the real deal from never miss. Avoid this bullshit website and their cheap version lafufu
