I paid over 300 Euros to get a blood test done as part of my fertility treatment. To begin with when I followed up, they told me it would take more time (est. 5-7 days) however eventually by e-mail I was informed that in fact no tests were requested with the samples taken. I have no idea what has happened with the samples, have not yet received a refund, and this will delay my treatment by a month in order to get the blood tests taken again.
The website says 24 hours to get results. This is not true. It takes A WEEK. And they won’t tell you anything unless you ask. For this price, this is truly insane. Stay away and take your money somewhere else. I do not recommend this at all.
Don’t fall in this trap. LabPlus simply outsource services, and do not take responsibility.
I paid for the services did the collection and they replied that couldn’t do the exam. So I complained and ask for my money back. Which LabPlus refused to return.
The results were not delivered on time, I never received them and instead, LabPlus “made up” a new result 20 days later.
I am still waiting for my refund.
It’s a charlatan company. Avoid them.
I want to do a blood test back in May they have a good service and i got the results within 24 hours. I went today July 27th and the guy was very professional.
I recommend the one in Den Haag very good.
I had to edit this review following further interaction with the lab. I asked to have a report in English, which I was told it was possible, and guess what? I receive it in Dutch. I ask for a translation and they refuse, saying "I am sure your doctor will understand"... Guess what again? The doctor (who is not Dutch) asked for an English translation. So, here I am sending another email. In response, I receive a poor translation, partly in Dutch - an half assed translation, if you will. I had to finish translating myself while I have better things to do and did not receive what I paid for.
Only pro is they are efficient, as the appointment was booked without hassle and results were received fast (although on the day of my test I had to wait 20 minutes under the rain at 8.15 am because the employee was late). Also email communication was fast, but that is useless if it does not provide sufficient services.
I must also note that I had to contact them multiple times because I kept receiving unfinished results (they sent me a report of the results with some missing analyses and then they apologized saying they were not ready yet - why then send a report? This happened at least twice).
I am not keen on leaving bad reviews, but the tipping point was the employee being annoyed with my emails. How rude and disrespectful. The employee of course did not add their name in the email exchange but if he or she is reading this review, I suggest you just do your job and provide SERVICE to CUSTOMERS. Being annoyed at a customer who is repeatedly emailing you to correct for YOUR errors is extremely unprofessional.
It's a no brainer that I will never step foot in there again. The funny thing is that they asked me for a review, so here it is :D
Bottom line: If you don't want to get overcharged without reason, be treated poorly by customer service, and you want get the test results you need and paid (a lot) for - stay away from this place :)
