Garments are fine. Fit was somewhat off. Initial costumer service was frustrating as no mails were replied to. I sent the garments back and several months later received them back. Most likely not accepted by the Chinese customs.
Didn't expect to hear back from customer service but was surprised that my claim was taken seriously. I received a refund in the end. So all in all: Garments are fine and the customer service has improved

Returned goods months ago, no response to multiple emails and calls, no refund given.

Really nice, good quality clothes for a very reasonable price, shipped quickly, and returning any unwanted items was easy. I’m from the UK and I think the items took 7/8 days to arrive. Their customer service are super helpful and respond quickly. I’m mainly writing this review as I was nervous about my purchase from them after reading some of these, personally I will be ordering from them again!

The guy on the customer service chat was actually really helpful. I've bought multiple products from them and they do treat you well. Plus their product styles are really cool. Great small business I found via IG

I bought couple of T shirts and they never arrived. No answer form customer service either by email or phone…
be aware of Labour Union guys

I bought a jacket from this brand two weeks ago and the quality is very mediocre. I was surprised to find out that returns have to be made to China and at my own expense. So for a return from the European Union, it would cost at least 50€, which represents over 30% of the cost of the jacket. Furthermore, the customer service does not respond to emails. So I do not recommend this brand at all, it's a scam.

Avoid, spent £250 with them and the items didn’t fit. Was offered a return by email at my expense another £27. That was 7 months ago. Since then all emails have been ignored. Chinese customs just returned the goods to me today. 7 months and £280 later all I am left with is a bitter taste and expensive lesson!

Order placed the 7th December with additional payment for fast shipment.
Alert to their commercial service 1 week after as nothing was happening with my order. Following my request, the shipment was launched.
We are now the 22 December, I asked again where is my order and the answer is : there was a mistake and the shipment was fine with long treatment. But don’t worry we will reimburse your payment for fast shipment.
This is just a joke and I am at 2 days of Christmas without gift !

Really disappointed in the fact they were marketed by Derek Guy (DieWorkWear). The item I received was completely not true to the photo and their quality is so off. It's a scam, I doubt I'll get a refund, but this was awful.

Agree with others that the sizing is way off. Ordered a Medium t-shirt and it was comparable to a typical XS. The fact that it has to be returned to China and there’s no knowing which replacement size to aim for is very frustrating. Avoid this place, not worth the hassle.

I tried to place an order for a vest and a jacket.
First these guys didn't have the vest that was visible on site.
Okay fine, so I just ordered the jacket. Then they sent it to the wrong person. What the eff?
So I asked them to let me know the estimated date of arrival and tracking number.
Now they won't respond to me and let me know what the tracking number is, or when I will get what I paid for - a month and a half ago.
What a joke. If their product arrives (which I doubt), I will be returning it. Worst experiencing buying anything online ever.

Seller didnt provide any email or teaking number after the payment was made.
I started experiencing pishing emails straight after the online order.
Item arrived after 8 days which is ok.
Cheap fabric material and completely different color from the pictures they add.
After asking for explanation customer service declare: "Sorry, I mean the colour difference between actual object and picture is, unfortunately and nearly impossible to avoid."

They will send you the items you order but they are not as described - all the sizes are off.
They also don't accept any returns, emails bounce back from their address, phone number is not recognised. Simply criminals

These guys always take 2 weeks to ship. Out of my two orders sizes have been way bigger than what is listed on the size chart. it will always be 2 inches to 8 inches bigger.

They have some neat historical designs, but now that I found companies like Bronson and Red tornado, I will order from them instead since they actually ship in a reasonable time, answer questions, and follow their own size charts.

I've always been hesitant to order more, I used to do smaller orders, but after this I don't think I'll ever order from them again.

Trousers did fit to size and were of poor quality materials. Likely cheap deadstock resold at a markup. Do not respond to emails. Website states they only accept returns if unworn and in original packaging (a plastic bag), so essentially returns are impossible. Avoid.

Awful customer service. Will never respond to your complaints. Full of problems. Decent clothes if they get delivered to you with the right size. I do not recommend.
