I originally bought this belt on the crowdfund over 7 years ago. It finally started to fall apart, and I dug out the receipt to see that it had been pretty much exactly 7 years on the invoice. So I contacted La Boucle, sent them some photos, and without a hitch, I had a brand new belt in my hands by the end of the week. Came priority overseas. The customer service rep I exchanged emails with, Achille, was an absolute delight. Replies were swift and helpful. I wasn't even sure they would honour the warranty, considering the dates, but they did, no question. The whole experience was amazing. The quality of the product is only exceeded by their customer service. Well worth the cost. This is the sort of service that earns a customer for life.
