This is a company with a wide range of very useful products that are difficult to source elsewhere. The web site is very user-friendly. The shipping was quick, and, most importantly to me - the products were packed in an impeccable manner. The box was strong enough and my orders arrived in perfect condition.
I am already a repeat customer and this will be my "go-to" company from now on. You won't be disappointed!

Prices directly on the website and delivery on time
This is my first purchase on LABORATORIUMDISCOUNTER and I simply love the way that prices are shown openly on the website; it makes the decision so much easier as compared to sites where you have to ask for a quote.
And the stuff was delivered on time via DHL to the University of Copenhagen. I will definitely make use of this site again in future...

Ordered, got the product after 2 days, even though this is a dutch company and I live in Germany. Of course, the price for shipping is relatively high, but that's to be expected as special safety packing is needed.

The site is totally misleading…
The site is totally misleading regarding shipping terms. Everywhere it reads 2-3 days, and after paying almost 30€ for the shipping and waiting for a week, they tell me that if you expand in the "More" part of the product it says "1-2 weeks". They refused to cancel the order and return the money. Also, I checked their Shipping terms and it specifically states: 2-3 days. I will never buy again here.

We are really confused how you are confused. Nowhere in our website does it say this item has a delivery time of 2-3 days, it says both on the productpage itself and the shopping cart that it has a delivery time between 1 to 2 weeks... Also the shipping price is not forced on you and if it was to expansive for you, you had the choice to buy it somewhere else, of course the items itself would be 3 times more expansive but thats not something you complain about. We will add a pair of glasses to the order so you can read more carefully next time and dont have this issue with other company's ;). Also the 2-3 days delivery time you are referring to in our shipping terms says specifically that its only for the products in stock and of course not for the products that have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

the worst customer experience i ever…
The worst customer experience i ever had as an EU citizen with an EU based company! the product that I ordered is written on their webpage that is being shipped within 1 working day, they had it in stock, but they made promises after promises (that they don't have enough personel for repackaging as if it was my problem!?) and delayed my shippment for 10 days already without any action till the present moment! I'm sick and tired, I also requested a refund right now and if not fulfilled ASAP I'll report them to "The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets", I have "print screens" with all my conversations with them on the webchat, this is unacceptable !!
Better buy from somewhere else even if it's a little bit more expensive if you care about your peace of mind and don't want to have endless discussions and unfulfilled promisses!
I had to give to give them 1 star feedback, but believe me if i could, they would deserve 0 star on how they treat customers !!

Yes there was some delay in your order which we informed you about. Due to it being holidays and personel being on vacation it is a little bit more bussy then usual. Of course you dont tolerate that asked for a refund, which you got the same day so i am confused how you were sick and tired to wait 10 days for the whole process when you order something from Netherlands to Romenia.
