It does not work…. My wig does not in place, it just slides around and I had to keep pulling it forward, the one day I wore it… smh

Scam!

The wigcap is sooo tiny it doesn’t fit my head. Secondly the description says one size fits all but it does not fit all. I don’t know who is buying these wig caps but all the reviews must be fake.

To try to return is costing more than the actual item, wasted my money. Avoid don’t buy!

This company is very unprofessional! Sarah seem not to even understand emails and she is the direct contact! I have been emailing for a week straight and still Sarah does not give me the return shipping address she just says “ return to the Ca warehouse NEVER giving ME the Ca warehouse address. ALL return addresses should be listed on there site so customers can know it instead of going back and forward with Sarah just to get an address. NEVER again

Awesome experience with Labhairs. She worked with to get my beautiful full lace wig. The color is amazing. The hair is just gorgeous. And the lace is completely invisible. The wigs are cheap doesn’t last. The wigs sheds and uneven short hairs can be seen on many of their wigs. After you wash the wig, this is when you can tell they use cheap hair. It’s not 💯 human hair. Ali’s poor customer service. When you try to return the wig. They stop replying to you. You hen file a claim against the company with PayPal to get your money back. I would advise don’t waste your money and time using this company. Quality isn’t good.

Labhairs is a company I trust. What you see on their website is legitimate, and worth the money you pay for. Anytime I needed to contact customer service, I always received a response in a timely manner.
