I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
The website was not transparent at all — there was no clear information that the items were being shipped from China, nor any clear explanation of return conditions or costs. This is something you only discover after placing the order, which already feels misleading.
When I realized this, I immediately tried to cancel the order, but they refused, claiming it was already processed. Once the item arrived, the problems only got worse.
The quality of the clothing is extremely poor and nothing like what was advertised. The materials feel cheap, the fit is completely off, and the overall finish looks nothing like the photos on the website. It honestly feels like a completely different product.
I then attempted to return the items within the legal 14-day withdrawal period (as required under EU law), but they refused again.
Instead of honoring my legal right to a full refund, they offered only a 50% refund and tried to claim that “clearance items” are not eligible for return — which is not compliant with EU consumer protection laws.
This feels like a deliberate tactic: lack of transparency upfront, low-quality products, and then resistance when customers try to exercise their rights.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you are willing to risk losing your money or dealing with a very difficult return process.
Please do NOT buy anything from this…
Please do NOT buy anything from this company. The quality is terrible cheap shit, they do not react when you want to return your order so that the 30 day limit is exceeded.
I lost 100 euro’s because of this for two crap pants. So angry and upset!!!!!
It's a shitty quality stuff from China…
It's a shitty quality stuff from China with no handy option to return
Refusing refund
Not only did they take a month to deliver the dress, but they also sent me the wrong dress! And now they are refusing to return my money. I have been emailing back and forth: they offer me a 10% refund, then 30%, then a store credit. It's a scam, it's like talking to a robot. And dress quality is also horrible btw!
Dropshipper scam!!!
Dropshipper scam!!!
This is not a store in the Netherlands. Don't buy here. Products come from Ali or Shein.
Rubbish!
The items arrived in good condition and…
The items arrived in good condition and the packaging was neat. My only real issue is the sizing. I’m usually a Medium, but the shirt I got feels very tight across the shoulders. I’d suggest checking the size guide very carefully or even ordering a size up. Decent experience overall, but not perfect.
The clothes are actually pretty good…
The clothes are actually pretty good and fit well, but the shipping was quite slow. It took over a week to arrive even though the website suggested faster delivery. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s worth a look, but don't expect it to arrive overnight.
return policy is crab
return policy is crab. they offer a very attractive 10% discount. But the quality of the clothing is very bad!

Very, very, VERY bad
Very, very poor quality. Don't bother - drop shipping, can't get a normal refund, they offer you a "very attractive 10% discount" ... just poor, very poor

Positive experience
I had a positive experience with my first purchase on this website, I took advantage of the winter sale to get an oversized coat I really wanted because it was out of my budget when not on sale, package arrived within the time frame, and I really like the coat!

This website is a scam
This website is a scam! Don't waste your money or time with it.
I bought a white chiffon dress and received a yellow cotton dress instead.
I e-mailed customer service and they have been 'deliberating' weather or not to give me a return label and refund for over 2 weeks.
Con artists....the breached trading LAWS…
Con artists....the breached trading laws, duping customers in purchases from images and when the product eventually arrives it is nothing like the image on the site.
when returning it is to china and they refusing to pay import charges costing more than the item it self
they refusing to reply or give money back
STAY AWAY!!!!
I purchased boots from Labels of…
I purchased boots from Labels of Amsterdam, and after only one month of normal use, the sole cracked on the side.
I contacted customer support multiple times to report this as a defective product, but they repeatedly refused to handle the case, citing their 30-day return policy and claiming that a used item cannot be defective.
This is misleading and contrary to EU consumer law, which guarantees a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defective products. A manufacturing defect often becomes visible only after normal use, and refusal to address it is unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this situation has been handled. This experience does not reflect the price paid or the standards expected from a reputable retailer.
Dropshipping
Ordered jeans and received something that vaguely looked like it. Different model of jeans and super cheap details.
Got in touch with customer service, but couldnt return it without paying the costs back to China, even though they clearly ripped me off.
After several emails i agreed with a 50% refund
So now im the owner of a very poorly, cheaply made jeans.
Most terrible experiences
Most terrible experiences - delivery takes more that 10 days, even they are not in Nl send packet from china and the Delivery partner they have GOFO the corrier deliver in other adress. now noone makes responsable, dont but there.
