Placed Order number 21661670 for the 1st time from them. The dpd courier have lost my parcel and I have contacted laam customer services all day yesterday to explain to them to initiate investigation but I am just chatting with ai bots as no one seems to be actually helping. Will never order from them again. Have no way of contacting them and no way of requesting refund

I’m very disappointed with my order. I bought 3 items from them and received no customer service help whatsoever. I can’t even begin to describe all the defects in the clothes. Threads were coming out everywhere, even though the items were described as being made from very good quality material. After just one wash, the fabric was already ripping apart. One of the printed pieces also had a blank white patch, as if part of the design was missed during printing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered URGE PRET ANEESA from Germany. In total it cost me €56!!! My GOD...the dress looks nothing like the picture or the videos that is posted on the App!! The quality of the fabric is just poor and even the color looks washed out!! What a pathetic way to misguide people with these type of fake pictures and videos!! Never buying from this Scammers AGAIN!!

I have very bad experience. Very very low quality product from ROSYRIBBONS....
3rd class stuff, stitching poorest and instead of shalwar mention in the description they will send you trouser and in the picture the front side of shirt is wholly embroidered but in real the upper part contains few embroidery on it... Remaining is blank like this shop... It would be my first and last experience from laam. Very disappointing
One thing more I have given 600 RS to return the parcel which is not refunded to me although it's faulty product

The second dress was advertised with guaranteed delivery before Eid, but it arrived after Eid, making it completely useless for the occasion.
To make things worse, I ordered a size M, but they sent me an XXL instead. Since I needed the dress urgently, I had no choice but to get it altered by a tailor, which cost me an extra €15 out of my own pocket.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Lack of communication, wrong sizing, and late delivery. I would not recommend this store to anyon

I think I was scammed by LAAM as I placed an order through their instagram by signing up with an account. I paid the full amount but did not receive any order verification and there has been no response from customer service on any end. WA messaging is AIbot, emails haven’t been answered and even their office/location is non existent where my mother went to in Model town lahore
I wish i could give them negative stars. I ordered something that was stated as ‘guaranteed delivery’ before eid. That date came and went with no delivery. I finally received a package two days ago and it was ridiculous. For context, I paid £150 for a pink lehenga. I received a black shalwar kameez which looked like I could’ve paid £5 for from a bloody market. I can’t believe it. When i went to refund, they’re not responding and their fake whatsapp chats are radio silent. I literally will never ever bother with this rubbish site again.
Waiting for my item I ordered and paid 10. March!!!! No update since then ! Now I have no dress for the function! Very unprofessional of Laam! Can not be trusted to deliver on time! WhatsApp app service totally useless, waiting for 30 min now for reply from Asma A. No update on their app, when my item will be delivered. If they are not able to handle international delivery on time , they should not advertise for that. Very disappointed!

I placed my order on 17 March, it is now 27 March and it has still not even been dispatched. I have sent many messages and it seems no one is able to assist with a real answer and only send a generic response of high volume of orders. This is not acceptable.
I placed 2 large orders for shipping to the UK and due to this dispatch delay I am worried will not arrive on time. Please kindly assist to prioritize and expedite the shipping. I do not now have time to find alternatives as I relied on Laam.
They also cancel items in orders for no real reason, I have been told it’s quality control, then why not replace with another of the same item when it’s still in stock? If all are bad quality then why is the website still selling it? So many issues with Laam. Terrible customer service.
Update: It is now 30 March, despite daily follow ups with customer service still no shipping and more items randomly cancelled, despite being assured all are ready to be shipped. Disgraceful customer service.
Totally fraud. They are not returning money even after so many follow up. Its totally waste of time and money i ordered and paid in advanced they cancelled half of my order and sent me few items with cheap quality and dint refund for my cancelled items it was the first and last time i m making order with laam totally scam. This kind of websites and online shopping apps are representing bad imagine of our country in the world.
My order number is 21489618. I placed an order to deliver for Eid on 8 March. It still shows that it’s not shipped and its the 26th. I paid nearly £20 for delivery and this is appalling. No updates on my order at all. This is very bad service.

I placed my order with LAAM a month before Eid specifically because they guaranteed delivery before Eid. Unfortunately, my parcel arrived only after Eid, which was already disappointing.
After I shared this experience in a review, LAAM responded by promising to refund my postage fee as reward points. However, several days have passed and the reward points still haven’t been added to my account. This is yet another example of poor customer service—making promises publicly but failing to follow through.
LAAM really needs to improve the consistency and reliability of their customer service.

I placed 3 prepaid orders on 15th March for pre-Eid delivery in Lahore, trusting their claim that orders placed before 17th March would arrive before Eid. Today is 20th March, and there is still no update, no dispatch, nothing. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially during such an important time.

Your customer service is absolutely useless. No replies on WhatsApp, no response to emails — just automated or inactive presence with zero actual support. It feels like no one even cares once they’ve taken your money.
What’s even more frustrating is that I even offered to pick up the orders myself from your warehouse, but again — no response. Completely ignored.
You have ruined my Eid plans despite all orders being prepaid and placed well within your promised timeline. This is not just poor service — this is outright irresponsible and misleading.
I would strongly NOT recommend anyone to order from Laam.pk, especially if you’re relying on timely delivery for an important occasion. They make promises they clearly cannot keep.

Very bad experience.
I ordered a dress for €50 and a pair of shoes for €11, with €31 shipping fees. In the end, the dress was cancelled without any explanation and I only received the shoes, which are not even worth the cost of the delivery.
Paying €31 in shipping for an €11 item is completely unjustifiable😪😏😒
I was offered a store credit instead of a refund, which I find unacceptable.
Very disappointing customer service, lack of seriousness and respect for customers. I do not recommend at all.

my parcel was supposed to arrive today before eid and i've been waiting almost three weeks so i think it should at least be here by now. And the worst part : i paid almost 50 euros on shipping!!!!! totally not worth it .
you should give customers other delivery options at least instead of using UPS for delivery because everyone knows their reputation! always delayed! or else, if you won't change that at least lower the shipping costs.
it was such a shame that your delivery services turned out to be horrible as i was looking to order from here again because you have a very good looking variety of clothing in reasonable prices. as for quality...... i'll see for myself when the package ever arrives.... if it ever arrives.
one last piece of advice : if you need to order something from here at least order 2 months in advance because delivery here cannot be trusted.sorry laam i really expected better of you. such a shame your delivery turned out to be useless
