No updates nothing, contacted via whatsaap, no one even seen my messages. I have emailed them no one even replied.

Just to let everyone know that they replied my email and what's app message.
They have posted the parcel and sent a tracking details. Hoping for the best.
Once I received and happy with the product, I will come back and give you five star.

Extremely disappointing experience with Laam.
I ordered clothing that looked completely different from what was shown online — poor quality, defective stitching, and nothing like the advertised photos. When I contacted customer service, I was told they strictly won’t accept returns after 14 days, even though the order was taken abroad and I couldn’t physically return it within that window.
They have no proper customer support, no phone number, only a WhatsApp chat where they keep giving the same copy-paste responses with no real help. For an international brand, this is unacceptable.
This feels like a scam-like operation where customers are left helpless if the product is faulty. I will never shop from Laam again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
Totally unprofessional, rigid policies, zero responsibility for defective products.

Do not purchase from this company.. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean they’re great.
I ordered two outfits one got cancelled and the other got delivered with no proof of where it was left
The DPD driver literally put receive by DFG and I have no clue who that is
The picture of the proof is literally just a picture of the parcel..
The worst thing is I have been contacting the company via WhatsApp and email continuously everyday since the item showed delivered it’s almost been three weeks and not a single person has got back to me
I am not left with no item and my money has been taken..
And to top it off I was supposed to wear the outfit this weekend for an event
I am so annoyed and will NEVER order from here again.
I am not giving up and will keep messaging them until I get a response

Just had my order cancelled for the 4th time with no explanation whatsoever.
Customer support has become non-existent. I haven’t received any response to my last message from 2 days ago. Even when you do get a response, it’s always a slow, nonchalant and generic response that does not even address your concerns.
If you’re an international buyer, thread with caution. LAAM seems to be facing major stock issues, displaying items that are either sold out or non-salable. You may fall for the “flat shipping fee” and bundle your orders only to have them cancelled and shipped without any regard or concern from the team.

I wish I could give it 0 starts. I ordered 27 items on 13th October 25 and received the order by 20th October 25 but 6 items were torn, damaged and faulty. I messaged them and they asked for time to check with the brands and it has been 3 weeks now and they have stopped replying to my messages. I have been messaging since 21st Oct 25 since I opened the package but still not being resolved. This is theft and I will never order from them again if they don’t resolve the issue and refund me for those damaged items. I have been messaging everyday and they are just ignoring. So disappointing and I feel cheated.

It’s a legit site and the clothes are priced accurately. I’ve ordered multiple times. Most sales are limited to PK ONLY. You MUST read the descriptions for each product as sizing and details are unique for each item. Taking one star off because my experience with LAAM is that there is no support to return or refund, especially for US/CA so you must treat the sale as a final sale, don’t even bother with it otherwise. Another negative thing is their website/app has updated and although it’s looking cleaner you can no longer switch between brands or sizes easily. You have to go back to search for each brand specifically. Filters also don’t work properly. Extremely annoying. There is no proper algorithm so it’s very random suggestions as well.

Order in Canada on Oct 20, got the order on Oct 28. No duty or customs. All 5 outfits were perfect. Been recommending LAAM to friends and family since.

I’m sharing my experience to anyone considering purchasing from this company.

Unfortunately, several of the items I received were not as described — the fabric and overall appearance were very different from the images shown on their website
The items were unused and only opened for inspection, yet when I contacted customer service with clear photos showing the issue, I was told that “no defect could be seen.”
I was then asked again to provide “live photos,” even though fabric texture and material quality cannot always be properly shown in pictures.
This repeated back-and-forth through whatsapp and email to customer care ,
has caused significant inconvenience and I have missed my refund window entirely. Despite cooperating fully and providing all requested evidence, the company has refused to issue a refund or fair resolution.
As an international buyer, I expected honesty, quality, and fair treatment, but instead I’ve received poor customer service and lack of accountability
Be cautious before placing an order. The items you receive may not match the online photos, and getting a refund or resolution is extremely difficult.
This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience.
Im still waiting for a refund or compensation from the company .

They are purely a Scammer... If you place an order, and if they cancel it, they will email you to say that they have refunded you. But, actually, the money will not be deposited into your account. No war to communicate with them. The only option was to email them, I emailed them, but no response.... My $600 has been robbed by Laam. Dear Customer, please, please, please do not trust them... they are super scammers..

I purchased an outfit from Laam that arrived defective, and I immediately contacted their customer service for a full refund. Rabia Arshad and Muhammad Nauman were handling my case. Despite providing clear evidence of the defect, they refused to take any action. Their response was completely unprofessional and shows that Laam does not care about customers at all. A brand that sells low-quality products and ignores legitimate complaints is not trustworthy. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise everyone to AVOID LAAM – save your money and time!

I have ordered from them twice in the past year. Shipment arrives faster than expected, no missing pieces, and overall quality either matches what you see in pictures, or is better. Remember, LAAM is not a clothing brand themselves, they are an online retail store for other brands. We should be very careful and do our own research when ordering a certain brand, and don't forget, you get what you pay for.
Some of the cheaper items I ordered, which were mostly for casual at home wear, were of lower quality, but I don't care, because they get a lot of wear and tear and then discarded. All the fancy dresses I ordered were good. Again, you get what you pay for. So if you are ordering a super fancy looking dress for $60, don't expect it to have the quality of a $300 dress.
What I love the most about LAAM is the variety and the choices in terms of variable budget.
One thing I wish, is that they offered stitching for some of the higher end brands. Most of the really good brands have unstitched pieces only.
Measurements are not according to specs when asked for refund communicated that you need to deliver parcel to us for refund and need to bear the shipping charges
Amazing if we were able to ship parcel to you what's the point to buy online
Its your responsibility to inspect goods are according to client order and if mistakenly sent incorrect why client to pay return charges when it's your mistake

You cancelled part of my order without consulting with me in advance? The item you cancelled was my main requirement. I added other products to my order because I was already paying the shipping fee. Now I will not receive the main item j needed and instead I have just paid the flat shipping fee for no reason. Can you make immediate contact with me?
Further Update on 27th October:
It's wise to make contact with the customer BEFORE you despatch an order after you have cancelled any part of the order. No one consulted me prior to the order being dispatched to ask me if I wanted to select an alternative outfit after you cancelled the one I had ordered. That way I could have added a replacement to the same order. Honestly it's really straight forward to do that, you had my contact email already and it would have taken a minute. So now I have had to to and from with your customer service reps whose solution to this issue has been poor unfortunately. Please listen to your valued customers. We will come back to you fur future purchases if you have a fair and sensible approach to customer issues. I have received the order today but sadly there are two items that have arrived damaged and either need replacing at your convenience or reimbursing me. I have just sent Whatsapp images of the two items. If you can please find your way to responding within a sensible timescale that would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Oh dear, it gets worse. In order to return the damaged items or be refunded I have received a WhatsApp message from Laam customer services to Raise An Issue via my Laam account. Despite sharing the photos, order details and description of the damaged items with them immediately on receiving the goods, it's back to me to chase this! Not good at all, especially as the Raise an Issue is not an option available to customers online, I can't find it at all. Starting to get the feeling that the Laam customer service process is not really designed to resolve issues. Quite the opposite, as a customer you get the run around by Laam and in the end decide to give up. There is a lot of choice for customers to go to other online retailers. Laam you are losing income and customers - simple resolutions to this. Message me, I can give you some helpful tips and training for free on how to not lose customers 😔

My wife to be, was confused in her Mehndi dress. She couldn't like anything in the physical stores. I randomly searched on Google for Mehndi Dresses and found the Laam.pk which is a hub for multiple brands! I found multiple varieties under a single roof and showed to my family. They picked one. Now the tricky part was size, I just made them follow the size chart provided by the LAAM.PK and Akhrot (that is the sub brand under laam) in the hope, that it will be as per it. So, TBH we ordered in doubt whether the size and quality would be fit and great or not?! But we just received it and it was great! Really happy with the color, quality and stitching and everything!
My sister placed an order with laam. The order number is 20702774. My sister gifted these dresses and we paid COD in Pakistan.
LAAM IS FAKE. They approved the refund of one item but rejected the refund of the expensive item. They said they didn’t receive it. We sent the receipt of both parcels to them. No response.

The stitching is pathetic, the product material is very cheap quality and the item looks completely different from the pictures shown on their website. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service, especially from a brand with such a strong social media presence. After all this feedback given to them as they ignored my messages and offered only 25% compensation for outside PK customers. It was hard to image also how could anyone put those clothes on. I will I could upload the pictures of the dresses.

Worse worse worse customer service. The quality is poor. I gifted these dresses to my family in Pakistan and they paid COD in Pakistan. We.sent back my 2 dresses in 2 packages because i received them separately. They approved the refund of the cheap item but the item that cost 16k was rejected as they did receive.
