I have brought there olive oil on five occasions. I love the taste and I find that it arrives in a couple of days. I would recommend. In fact next time I order I will be ordering for Christmas and will be giving a couple of bottles as Christmas presents.

Since we switched over to the Mediterranean diet around a year ago, we've been looking for a good quality extra virgin olive oil at a reasonable price. We went through around 20 different brands. Ultimately this is the one we're staying with. In our experience their extra virgin olive oil represents excellent quality and at a decent price. Their oil is multi award winning (and deservedly so) guaranteeing good taste and all the health benefits associated with EVOO.

I made an order in 2014 and has been managed nicely. In 2015 I decided to place two orders and I found myself in a middle of a total nightmare. Just before Christmas they left my orders "in preparation" for 12 (!) days without any progress at all or actually shipping it. Dozens of emails and phone calls without actually have news or concrete answers. I have all the email exchange saved and believe me it's very embrarassing to read. Two orders stuck for a couple of weeks, very bad email and phone communications and no serious answers at all about my matter. Being extremely unhappy and not feeling to be not assisted at all on my problem, if you decide to order their products I just can wish you the best of luck. About myself, as I told them already... never never again.

Wat een geweldig bedrijf, nette levering (hoewel soms wat aan de late kant), goede (biologische!) producten, heerlijke wijnen. Een aantal bestellingen gedaan bij lavialla en tot nu toe zeer tevreden.

What a great company, good delivery (although a bit too late sometimes), great (biological!) products, lovely wines. Ordered a few times now, and im very happy about their products and services.
