Avoid. 4 items worth 120 euro did not arrive and after 2 months they want me to make an official complaint to the government to get a refund. You won't be anonymous and they also sent me the tracking details of another client including their name, parcel and address. They told me my package was delivered even though the tracking said it wasn't. The delivery company colis prive didn't drop it at my address or 2 collection points even though they kept giving a date to say they would and then just said delivery failed at reliable dropoff points. Absolute nightmate with these companies and I have not got my money back

Please know that, as a small business, we take every case seriously — and we also have to follow a specific process to protect both our customers and our shop. When a package is marked as delivered but the customer reports otherwise, we’re required to request an official complaint to the authorities. It’s the only way we can launch a proper investigation with the carrier and consider a refund or replacement on our end.
