Terrible experience.
We booked our holiday Appartement in January for July. Unfortunately the company cancelled our booking in April!
We paid everything and got the confirmation. Now we have a financial issue because all good accommodations are not available anymore or much expensive!
Never again with this company.
Absolutely terrible company! Have NO sense of what hospitality means! My daughter and I rented 2-bedroom apartment, there was only bedding for the master bedroom, they would not facilitate bedding for the second bedroom. Prior to our arrival, no mention at all, air-condition living room was not working! In 34 degrees south of France heat!
A dire expérience - rented apartment - denied access for three hours as keys not delivered - flat had not been cleaned - told do it yourself - broken bed - no cooking utensils or pans - no oven - though description said there was !- dangerous sun blind with frame dangling - filthy !!
Complained and they refused to accept calls or mails - waited too long for non existent responses - ended up doing a successful charge back via Revolut
