First off it tastes great which is a good start not gritty or lumpy when mixed. Took this 30 min before training and this I found was perfect timing. Not the itchy feeling you get with most pre workouts but more of a focus and ready to get it done. Kept me focused throughout the session. Highly recommend this. Only issue I have is the price slightly high but otherwise it does everything you want a pre workout to do.
