Nothing For Us…

What happened to Macys Newport? I went to buy clothing for my wife. Women’s apparel seems to only accommodate the old women community. I couldn’t find a thing for my wife. There’s nothing that is culturally relevant to the urban community. If you’re not looking for business attire. There’s nothing suitable for a casual night out. Or every day wear. The fasions are so bland. Nothing sexy or appealing to the casual audience. The seem to have lost all fashion aptitude for the people in which you place your stores…

Charter Club sheets shredded

A family member bought Charter Club sheets for me about 4 years ago. The fitted sheet has completely shredded in an area about a foot long and fabric around it is also very thin and fragile. This was normal household use and I am 140 lbs and sleep alone so no heavyweights involved. Bedding at this price should last longer. I have sheets 40 years old that are still intact. I've notified Macy's but no response.

We had the best experience there today

We had the best experience there today. Greg the manager and palliva helped us. They did what the customer service on the first floor could not because they were lazy and have no integrity. The woman manager in the customer service center was rude and rejected our Macys gift certificate to order for us something from the online store. Thank goodness I bumped into Greg or Craig, another manager who helped me with so much kindness and Palliva on the third floor took our business by thinking outside the box. 😱 we appreciate them so much and will definitely think Macy when we go buy the tea kettle on the third floor this weekend. The lady who sold us the Chanel #5 was really nice to us and she welcomed our business with her special discount code. This is the 2nd time I have been to Macys in an over a year. We will shop with Greg, Palliva, and the nice lady in the Chanel counter from now on. They made us feel at ease and their grace towards us was like excellent and exceptional service!!!

Terrific

I have used Macys for over 20years. I love to use it on line. I search through items and put them in my favorites. When the item go on sale they always email me. I save quite a few dollars this way along with their Macys monies. I am so sorry to hear that’s they are closing many other stores. So easy to make returns. I don’t like on line companies that I can’t make returns

SCAMM: Issue with Order Fulfillment and Charges express my serious…

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experiences with macys international service borderfree. I have encountered significant issues with order fulfillment and billing that I believe need urgent attention.

I placed an order with your company, trusting that charges would only be applied once the products were shipped. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was charged in full for orders, despite receiving only one or two items from each. It took me a while to notice this pattern, and I have since had to make numerous calls to address these discrepancies and request refunds.

This issue has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, as I am unsure how many other international customers might be facing similar problems. It is deeply troubling to experience such a lack of transparency and accountability from a company associated with a reputable name like Macy’s.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to rectify the situation. It is essential that your customers are charged correctly and receive the products they have paid for.

Luggage Deals

Make sure that your aware that when you purchase items from ‘Macys that it only has a 30 day return period, I purchased Calvin Klein luggage in May for a trip that I was taking in June because because the luggage was on sales. Three pieces of $650 luggage for $213 with tax this was the worse piece of junk that I ever invested in, The 28 in bag didn’t even last for one flight, the bag has a nice size crack in it the wheels are caving in and the scuffs are horrible I am flying to Europe in 2 months and still have to purchase new luggage. I’ve seen cheaper brands of luggage with better reviews the shell luggage types are nothing but junk at least in the Calvin Klien brand is; I’ve contacted Macys who will do nothing and I’ve contacted Calvin Klein not to mention the luggage was made in China, manufacturer it cheap and sell it for a small fortune, I will know better next time. Thank God Calvin Klein does stand by their brand and made it right

Security

I clicked through a Macy's email that was promoting that an item I was interested in was back in stock. I was directed to someone else's account information to a purchase page where I had the ability to return an item if I wanted. My first thought was that I was being fished, so I went back to the email and examined the sender, looked at the link and tried again. Same result. Deb N*** of Lithonia, GA, I love the shoes you bought. So I tried to call Macy's to let them know about this security breach and also to see if my account had been compromised. Getting someone on the phone took a lot of work and when I told them what happened, they advised that the email must have been sent in error, no duh. I tried to push the operator to do something cos I know this is a serious bug of some sort and he kept telling me he could not give me information about that account because it did not match the information I had given him. I saw no fraudulent activity on my account, and had wasted over an hour on this issue. He wanted me to call technical operations and after having wasted so much time already, I told him if they wanted to talk to me they could reach out through email and I would provide them screenshots. Long story short, locked out of my account today with a message to call technical operations. Called, explained my issue to multiple people who were giving me canned responses about trying a different browser and rebooting. Still locked out, don't care, closing the account because they do not take security seriously

I love shopping here for myself, my husband, kids, I have order thru there website when the store does not have what I'm looking for, they have sales on there website when the store stuff are regular price. On January 10th 2023 I placed an order…

On January 10th 2023 I placed an order through RH *katelynkshop to Macy’s. Unfortunately this shop has nothing to do with Macy’s . I ordered I think in the region of 8 to 10 items of clothing. I know a few of you will say I should have checked this out. I did I thought I was good to go anyway I still haven’t received any thing 6 months later but the nearly £50 has gone out of my account. I’ve asked for my clothing and my money back needless to say I have received neither. I have been in contact with 2 emails but they aren’t helpful at all Do Not buy through the above Shop it a SCAM.
