I ordered a flute and a music stand, Kytary was the only website I could find that had the flute I wanted in stock and, also there was a reduction on the price so it was also cheaper than other sites. I was a little worried as I'd never heard of them before and the flute was expensive but I paid in 4 installments using PayPal. My parcel arrived today, 1 day earlier than expected, just 1 week after placing the order. It came from the Czech Republic via GLS, really good delivery service, well packaged, everything delivered perfectly and no problems with the order. Very happy, great company.

They solved my delivery problem
I've recently ordered an effect pedal from them.There's been a delivrery problem(the french post office was to blame)They sent me another one..very cool from them as I was a New customer..will order again.

A nice surprise
I was a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to give this website a go and I'm absolutely satisfied :)
The items arrived earlier than expected (and that's a plus) and all in perfect condition, but I couldn't get a tracking number (that was the only negative point).
The guy at the customer care, Richard, was great assisting me with all my questions.

I bought a furch guitar from kytary . Although communication was good packaging was not! This is not a cheap guitar and I knew it didn't come in a case.
Even though the cardboard box it came in was covered in thin bubble wrap there was still a gaping hole in the box upon delivery. I feared the worse but luckily there was no damage to the guitar. This is why 3 stars

i bought a product from this website…
i bought a product from this website since september which i never recieved and the goods where sent back ever since then they have refused to give me a refund, the customer service are the slowest to respond all they say after days of waiting is they are sorry its been two months and i havent gotten my refund back, they keep saying to wait for 2months hopefully i get my money back, my advice be careful on there
