I ordered 3 items from this company, I live in Spain and they gave me a 7-10 day shipping estimate. My items arrived in 5 days including a weekend. The items were reasonably packed and as described.

After 19 days I have still not received my order and Kytary will not give me a reason why, I will never use this company again.

I'm trying to figure it out where my package is for more than one week. They answer fast at the begining but they are not solving the issue, the package was lost or damaged and here I'm waiting for them to solve it but no responses now. The feedback form was sent to me even when they did not close the issue. As they know the package is damaged they could send a new one and manage this with the shiping company...

EDIT: DHL has a message in the delivery section saying you (kytary) have to contact them because of a problem in the package, If you are not calling them but also not returning the money... I think now its your fault

Much more 10 orders per this year and all it was good - fast, don’t have some technically problems. It’s amazing place for buying music instruments

Excellent, the item arrvied quicker than I though and I had it set up in minutes. I would share a photo of the shelf if I could its really made my work desk much cleaner and professional looking, I think there maybe a few other in the offcie ordering one too.

The bass pickups arrived oxidated. I got yo scrape off the oxid and decided yo keep It. Never the less the company responded yo my complaint and offer to change the product!

I ordered three Hiscox cases and some strings. Great price, and they arrived fast. However, I can't give you the five stars because the box was inadequate. It was a simple box for the three cases, made of a weak cardboard (single channel). It had been reinforced with some tape, but that couldn't avoid that it arrived broken to the point that the cases were out of it. Fortunately, Hiscox cases are amazing. Also, I was lucky that the envelope with the strings stayed inside the box.

Great service. The Jet JS-400 is the best value guitar I own. Even with the new fretboard. Perhaps the old one was even better. I love this guitar
