Ordered 3 pair of pants and autofill caused an error in the shipping and billing address. Attempted contacting customer service immediately to correct the address and multiple other times as well but did not receive a response! I will never buy from them again! A red flag is certainly what a company doesn't give a phone number for customer service!

not willing to help when product not delivered

Total scam. When you order they manufacture fake tracking information, item will never be delivered but when you dispute they will produce the fake delivery tracking and win the dispute. This is robbery!!

Ordered three items from this company. Once I placed the order they immediately created a shipping label; however, the shipment didn't move for almost two weeks. I reached out twice about the shipment and received no response. When I finally received the items the sizes were much smaller than advertised. My wife works in theatre and takes immaculate measurements. We were sure to follow their sizing guides to the letter. We then measured the item and they were several inches off in bust, length, and shoulder as well as waist for the pants. The materials were scratchy and abrasive, not as advertised at all. When looking up returns and refunds, they do not accept refunds or returns for items that have already shipped, only exchanges. Since they printed a shipping slip upon purchase, it had already shipped and therefore was ineligible for a return/refund. You only have 24 hours to cancel an order. This information is on a separate page from any of their items. They are an incredibly misleading company full of dirty business practices and poor customer service. I'd recommend ordering from a drop ship on the lowest rated amazon shop than ever ordering the nicest item this company has to offer.

I ordered three pants from this company, to be delivered in Europe. They were never delivered, and when I wrote to the company about a refund, I never heard anything back from them. I highly recommend that you don't order anything from them.

100% a SCAM. Canceled my order within 10 minutes of hearing the bad reviews, nothing. Days later still trying to cancel no response and they charge my card. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card and getting my money back.

I did not receive my order and have sent 3 emails to them which have been ignored.

This is theft!

4+ weeks after placing order and still no shipping movement. No responses to multitude of emails seeking confirmation when they will actually post the paid for items. From a customer service and ethical business perspective rating they are lower than crap.

Absolute junk. Their products are so low quality it’s a joke. The only thing worse is their customer support because there is none.

You’d be better off making a pair of trousers out of paper mache and wearing them in the rain; they would last longer.

Total rip off. Cloths are NOT as described. Labeled 5XL and are more like XL. Will not answer emails. Website says money back guarantee. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Sizes even smaller than they tell you. They do not accept returns. They are a SCAM organisation. DO NOT BUY.

Avoid at all costs

Purchased a pair of Gentaro pants that fell apart after a few days wear indoors.

Customer service is terrible, they won't honour any consumer protocols of dissatisfaction and claim that it is your fault for wearing their clothes in extreme circumstances.

Do not make the same mistake of shopping with them, just look at the reviews on this page, we all got suckered in.

Very low quality garments. Delivery took longer than announced. Size did not fit and don't accept returns, despite saying the opposite in the website.

So far so good. I bought some very cool jap pants , very comfortable, I’ve ordered 2 more pairs. They are not expensive so you get what you pay.

There is no customer service, no product received, and I have already reported to my bank as a scam company. Stay away from these scammers !!!!!

Kyotosoul do not respond to their emails. I bought some trousers and they are too small. I have been emailed them 3 times over the last 6 months and have received no communication. I am stuck with a product that does not fit. A complete waste of my time and money.

I contacted this company via their website Kyotosoul.com to request a refund for a purchase I made with them. I had received no shipping notice or delivery of goods since I made the purchase.

I was told by my bank to give this company 15 days to respond to me before they would make an official dispute on my behalf. They never responded to me so I went back to my bank (Halifax) to start the dispute process for a full refund.

Well I have just got off the phone with my bank and these POS's are disputing my claim for a refund with Visa now! So have to wait another 30 days on top of the already 73 days I have waited for a refund!

My Bank tells me they have filed evidence with Visa to dispute my claim, which the bank can't or won't tell me exactly what it is! I have requested Visa to email me this so called evidence via Halifax as I have received no goods or communication from this despicable company!

Please refund me my £87.20!!

the clothing has a poor quality. The trouser legs are of different lengths. The size is much smaller than described.
30 day money back guarantee is not met.
Tried to contact several times.
No contact possible. Emails are not answered. No exchange if the clothes do not fit.
