Amazing quick delivery. Received some lovely freebies / testers in my package. Great packaging. Great deal on the website, buy one lip kit and get one free! 5/5 stars. My second purchase and it will not be my last. I am a very happy customer.

I have ordered the new cosmic perfume twice and paid twice for delivery and each time it fails to be delivered by the service provider. When I go back to Kylie cosmetics to let them know it has not been delivered they state that I must pay another delivery fee to which I have done now twice, but the item has still not been delivered, absolutely appalling customer service no value for the customer absolutely shoddy experience all in.

I’ve been a big customer for Kylie cosmetics over the years but I will never purchase again. Abysmal.

I just received the items I bought from Kylie Cosmetics and I absolutely love them! I bought her new perfume (Cosmic) and the scent is Amazing! I also bought one of the matte lip kits (Victoria) and it’s so vibrant in colour and so light weight and smooth that you don’t feel it on your lips. This is my first ever purchase from Kylie Cosmetics and I will definitely be back for more.

I just bought my third Kylie Matt lipstick. It broke by the 4th use. My other two broke on the second and third use. I kept buying them because they look and feel great. However they break really easily making it a waste of money. Also their “competitive” international delivery fees are exorbitant. If they improved the formula and it didn’t break I would purchase again

I bought a foundation a while ago and it came broken. I immediatly contact customer service and provide all of the informations. They didn't reply to me with a solution for this problem. After a week I sent them another email complaining about their silence and they just told me "check in the spam folder, if you have any email from us"... are you kidding me? I spent more than 30euros on a foundation that I'm unable to use. Still no refund, no substitution and no valid answer.

They don't process the orders within 48 hours. It has been nearly 2 weeks and still no notification of dispatch. Do not waste your time ordering directly from them, maybe try resellers like Boots or Selfridges.

Garbage company, ABSOLUTE SCAM! Tried to place an order for 1 item, their website bugged out and changed to 10 items. Tried to cancel/edit the order immediately and they said they can't cancel once an order is placed and they don't accept returns. Crazy that they let people get away with this BS!

Bought Kylie lip pencil and matt liquid colour.
Lip pencil too short to use and does not extend from the applicator.
Please do not waste your money.
Total disapointment, expected better.

Kylie matte and cream lipsticks suck!!! The matte formula is not matte at all, and is so thin with zero integrity, get some pointers from MAC!! The cream formula is even worse, it is so thin and cheap, and not creamy at all, how this brand is successful is beyond me, do yourself a favour and save your money, spend it elsewhere!!

I like Kylie and her products, but I really need to complain about one of them: "Kylie clarifying cleansing gel" (27£).

The product says: "refreshed skin, gentle formula as cleanses without stripping or drying the skin after usage, and especially says- great for all skin types".

How can it be great for all the skin types if it destroyed my face. I tried it two times, same effect.

The first time I had my face destroyed for one week. I used it in the morning. It started with itching during the following night. I woke up red and swollen. I was in that condition for three days. After my skin has became dry, full of bubbles and wrinkles. I want to mention on that day I just used that product as a new one on my skin recently.

I tried it a second time, to be sure it happened because of the product and not because of food or anything else.

The second time, again started with itching all the night. I woke up red and swollen. For some days I had my skin face very itchy and rough. I looked like an old lady, and not at all how the product promises.

I would like to add pictures, but there isn't the option.

AVOID KYLIE COSMETICS. I contacted customer services 1 minute after placing my order to cancel because I wanted to pay in 3 PayPal installments instead the whole amount got charged and it was a big order. 24 hours layer customer service email to say sales are final no refund no return. I challenged them but no luck. Received my order 2 days later and when i opened the package all the lipsticks and lipliners were different to images on their website. The name of lipsticks i ordered were correct but the images were what i based my purchase upon. Images were misleading. Afterwards I was discussing kylie cosmetics with a friend who said kylie jenner lipsticks were crappie, they do not last long on the lips, so you have to reapply regularly, the texture feels uncomfortable and most important the pigmentation is low grade.
I've raised a dispute on PayPal on basis that product sold are not as seen or described on their website. PayPal are investigating so let's see the result soon.

I placed my order almost 10 days ago, and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. Getting a response from customer service is another issue. They answered three days ago, confirming that the dispatch would be done within the day, but I still have no news. I guess it's too much of a hype to really be worth it.

Order on the 13th January only arrived today 23rd January no tracking information no confirmation email . And customer service is an absolute nightmare. But other than that products are good . Thank you ☺️

Foundation....AMAZING!! loved this foundation....more full coverage than I was expecting...leaves a lovely glow without being shiny! blends out well and looks flawless once all of my makeup is applied....worked beautifully at my daughters cheerleading comp too! definitely sweat proof! been waiting for this one and it didn't dissapoint 👍

First time I bought a lip gloss and I thought it was great, not sticky at all just shiny and feels good quality A+

This is a review on the customer service, I like the products but buy from Boots not direct! Item received was faulty lip butter that wouldn't go up so useless, just wound round and round. Still trying to return, replacement or refund. The customer service team send these long flowery emails where you easily miss the point of what they are asking you. Like send photos of the damage, I sent a video as you can't photograph not winding up. I absolutely wouldn't buy direct again.

My palette came smashed :( no protection on the palette at all …

Ordered from the UK site a number of weeks ago and have still not received anything. I've had no communication or updates and Customer service is non-existent. I have attempted to contact them several times with no response. This week I finally received a non-specific response which simply quoted their expected processing and shipping times - both of which have been well exceed by now, and the suggestion that I wait a few more days to see if I receive a dispatch notice. I have since requested a refund, however I very much doubt that I will receive either the items ordered or a refund. I have no faith that this is a reputable or even legitimate company. I've contacted my bank to see if there is any way they can recover the monies paid and am reporting to Trading Standards.

Bought items 8 days ago from kylie cosmetics. Still not received items or confirmation. I have contacted the customer services several times, and have been advised the same thing that it will be dispatched and 5 days later customer service confirmed it still wasn’t dispatched. Not only is the lack dispatch very disappointing but the customer service is very very poor. I even wrote a DM and a comment on Instagram requesting assistance and was ignored.

Worst customer service! I placed an order yesterday. I was excited and didn't noticed my account still had the old address on my apartment. I immediately contacted customer service ( which by the way could only be contacted by email because they dont have any phone number to call, this is so old age!) I provided the correct address, only to receive an email a day after saying they cannot do anything as any order placed is final. So ridiculous! What is the purpose of having a customer service who are completely useless! This feels like a scam. My order is almost $200 and they are telling me they cannot do anything.. they will just get my money regardless If I receive my product or not, not their problem... 😡 I will never order again. Put your money elsewhere..
