Handling exchange of product
When receiving the wrong product I contacted support and was helped greatly. They gave me some options I could choose from including accepting the product as is or returning it and waiting for the right product to arrive. As a bonus they included a small giftcard that I could use for a future purchase.
The only downside is that support replies very slowly. Usually I don't mind, but since it's nowhere indicated that replies could take up to four days I grew worried at first.
Customer support was very nice in the messages we exchanged, they were helpful and friendly. Today I received the correct product and I will definitely buy something again.
