I ordered baby shoes over 8 weeks ago and am still waiting for them. I have sent messages to Kyddis but have got no reply. These shoes won’t even fit baby by the time I get them - if I ever do.
Disappointed at the level of customer service 😢

I bought an Item and after couple of weeks was defect. I contacted the customer service and within 1 hour i got a reply and they arranged to send a new item.

Recommended, even with International Shipping
Pricing was comparable to buy from even with shipping to Australia. Quick delivery and when I needed help with the second box's tracking I had prompt, helpful replies.

My fave webshop to buy wooden toys for toddler
One of my fave webshops to shop for my toddler’s toys, fast delivery and fast response from their customer service! I received a defective product recently and they sent a new one right away! So i’m one happy customer here :) would be great if they can lower the minimum purchase for free delivery though, but otherwise i’ll keep buying from them because they have great curated selections of wooden toys!

Deceiving positive reviews | Poor customer service and delayed shipping
Before I purchased from Kyddo, I checked the reviews about the shop online. I disregarded the negative reviews because of the many five star ratings. I WAS DECEIVED. I ordered essential items in preparation for our first child which arrived late. The shipping information was missing and cannot be properly tracked. I tried following up with their customer service but they were unhelpful. They even gave me a wrong shipping number - which puzzled me. It felt like a scam. When my order arrived 1 month later, the packaging was damaged and looked slightly opened. I tried to ask for a refund and shipping label, but until now they haven't responded to me. I gave up and simply requested my bank to facilitate the dispute. Our baby did not have a decent crib when he was born and the late refund has affected us financially. This added to our stress as first-time parents. This was a terrible experience. If you are reading this, consider buying from a more established online store or simply buy the items they sell from the original supplier. Do not trust the positive reviews - but if you do, buy at your own risk! You've been warned.

Not worth the hassle
Ordered an item of furniture, they sent half of it, making it a bit pointless to have it until it was complete.
Was assured that the rest would be sent when in stock, 8 months later they say they can't send it but we can buy it separately (they have it in stock and since updated the product listing to sell the two parts separately).
Had to spend money with another company to complete the item, happily using this other company to furnish three kids bedrooms now as I would not risk any purchases with kyddo. Find the items you want elsewhere.
