So far I haven’t had any problems with booking and I have received my tickets.
Given this experience I would use KX Tickets again.
Absolutely Appalling Company
Absolutely appalling company, firstly there is no contact telephone number for the booking office you have to email them. They are short of staff as stated on the web site.
It has taken me over two weeks to speak to someone regarding Access Tickets.
Spoke to Holly who gave me details of good seats I confirmed the date was fine, book and paid for the tickets only to be sent not the seats I thought I had paid for!
Just received Invoice, Receipt of payment and One Ticket when I have paid for 5. They then try to tell me how to find the e-tickets the incorrect instructions.
I now have been sent a pdf of the 5 tickets I’ve paid for
They never call you back on the day or time you request them to.
I have never experienced such a Theatre that treats customers in such an appalling way.!
