I’m having issues with my synthetic account leverage.. it went from 500 leverage to 100 leverage it self.. this as been happening for the past 6 weeks.. kindly stabilise my account leverage. Since first day I experienced this issue. I do message customer support on instagram before I can trade at 500 leverage.. customer support said kwakol only offer maximum of 500 leverage.. which I agreed to be on.. but it was changed without my consent..
