Charging my credit card without my approval

Charging my credit card without my approval, none of their email addresses work, not even the one that comes on the stripe invoice. The only way to contact them is through their chatrooms, but when I did contact them and told them to give me a refund, they literally just banned me. So I lost the money, the account, and the only way to actually communicate with them. They didn't even respond to my report. Biggest scam of a company I have ever witnessed. Never pay for their services, you WILL lose your money!
