Catastrophic Experience
I bought a silver bracelet Kuzzoi Bouddha at 300€ from Amazon on september 24. I received a bead bracelet at 20€ instead in the box. I contacted the customer service from Amazon and I sent back the wrong bracelet immediatly, as the asked me with the supplied label. It seems the return as been lost by Amazon and I am still waiting for my refund after almost one month and several complains at the customer service.
