I had a hardware issue after many months of otherwise flawless use, contacted Noah in their customer support department, and received super fast and clear guidance from him to send it back and get a new one. Hassle-free experience and the new monitor works great. Very happy with Kuycon.

Took delivery of this Kuycon G32P several days ago.
No user's manual included. Only because I had watched a YouTube review did I know that the documentation files are on a USB thumb drive that's packaged inside a business card piece of plastic. Unfortunately, only Chinese documents were included on the thumb drive. However, I contacted Kuycon and they emailed me the English version. Next, after trying to access the on-screen menu using the remote, I found it was set to Chinese and I had no clue how to switch it to English. Once again, I contacted them and they emailed me the steps and now it's in English. I think they need to have the units being shipped to English speaking countries prepared properly for the English language.
The monitor quality is outstanding! I pulled up a dead pixel test and on the black image screen, I noticed a bit of white blooming on the bottom left and right corners. However, when I moved my head so that it was more in line with the corners it completly went away. After some troubleshooting, I realized that I had the monitor too close to my face. As soon as I moved it back a little bit the bloom completely went away across the entire screen.
Finally, YouTube doesn't publish any 6K HDR videos and it was darn near impossible to locate any 8K HDR videos, but I did manage to find two of them and I was literally blown away at the brightness, clarity, and dynamic range!
There was a $150 shipping fee which seemed excessive at first, but they actually shipped from China it via UPS international air shipping with expedited customs handling. I was shocked to see it in 3 days at my doorstep in Florida!
I would definitely reccomend buying this monitor. The monitor is great and the tech support staff is very responsive.

Kuycon is an amazing monitor and company. I have 4 of their G32Ps, three in tie-fighter config and one as a lone monitor. They're so good and cost-effective compared to the Apple Pros.

But even better, the company is great at responding to questions/issues. Everything from shipping updates to the time my friend cracked it and they shipped out a new one BEFORE he shipped it back - amazing! (no vendors do that anymore).

When I ran into pixel banding issues after 6 months with my monitor, I wasn't sure what to expect. Support (shoutout to Noah!) responded immediately with troubleshooting tips, and when that didn’t fix it, they instantly approved a replacement and provided a UPS label.

From my first email to receiving the brand-new display took less than a week total. Noah's communication was clear, proactive, and friendly every step of the way. Outstanding product backed by even better support—I'm a customer for life!

Love this monitor - switched from an Apple Studio display to the G32P as my primary display. Shipping was fast, great communication throughout. The quality is top notch and the display is stunning, especially in HDR. Super responsive Kuycon US team, great support. I have this paired with a Mac Studio and am loving it. Highly recommended — two thumbs up 👍👍
