I bought the Glyph Bracelet from Kuurth and I am 100% satisfied. The shipping was fast and the bracelet looks great (irl looks better than in the pictures). I also want to give a huge shoutout to their team for accommodating a special shipping request of mine. They absolutely didn't have to do it as it meant extra work for them, but they went above and beyond to help me out. 5/5 stars, highly recommended

Product is fantastic. I bought the leather bag. Packaging is on point. Delivery got lost and I waited 2 months for it but this is not the brands fault.

It’s been nearly 3 months since I placed my order, despite my attempts of resolving my order through customer service, it hasn’t. While I underpants delays can happen. A delay this length is concerning. Very frustrating situation.

Great products with nice quality and amazing shopping experience

The shipment was delayed several months. After reaching out after a month without the order, I was informed that the warehouse reopening would then delay the order, though they could send a replacement. The earring clasp feels really cheap, even if it is 925 silver, it doesn't hold in place and I constantly have to use pliers to bend if back into place.

I had been eyeing out Kuurth for a minute, before I decided to buy a ring. And once I got it and put it on, it instantly became my number 1 ring. I get compliments all the time. Definitely gonna look to get some more from Kuurth

Honestly at first I was really hesitant on buying their art pieces because each pieces are made really well and right now this is my 3-4th time buying their works and not only that when I’ve questions about products they respond really fast with really good explanations and not only that I bought their first watch pieces (VIGIL TEMPUS) green and I’m really happy about it and not only that I got a surprise from KUURTH, they sent me a necklace last week. I was having a really rough day (love problem.) but when I received the necklace it made my week and wore the necklace to go to GIVEON’s concert in Paris. I love your work KUURTH and wish to see more or the art pieces

I never received my ring and it’s been almost 3months with no real updates. I feel a small chance is still there to get it though, so I will not 1 star.

I received the Shizuku B necklace, and the pendant was not 925 silver like the website depicted. There was a clear difference between the chain of the necklace (which WAS silver and included the 925 stamp on it) and the pendant. Customer support was as responsive as they could have been at first (it was peak holiday season, delayed response times were understandable, and the customer support team communicated that). However, after they had gotten back to me the first time regarding my concerns over their false advertising (which they denied the photo evidence I provided and gave excuses), I did not receive any email back. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Kuurth has been apart of my life for a few years now and since I ever purchased my first ring Lily pads I have been obsessed. My go-to jewelry brand for quality and design. Go Kuurth.

when trying to exchange rings (for size) it was impossible to do it on the website and the support was not of much help

Despite my first order being about another ring (Impression, Sunrise) that didn't fit my size when it was delivered, I reached out the customer service and got an amazing experience for return and exchange (including size). It took a little while for the process because there's a lot of client's request apparently but it wasn't a big issue. Anyway, I love their style, crafting and quality and would recommend to anyone looking for body accessories

Really love the design and vision for the brand! Good quality jewellery, and I get lots of compliments! I also like the emails Kuurth sends and how honest they are with the customers about changes in the business. Love at first sight! I can't wait to see what else they bring out :)

For starters the delivery was severely delayed. Then one of the products was not as depicted. To follow up the return procedure has, of course, turned into a circus to navigate. A veritable shit show of customer support…..
