A smaller provider, with good services
Overall I have to hand it to KuroIT - very competitively priced services, with a good network to back it up (hydracom)! Puneet was friendly and quick to respond to any requests on the Discord.
If there was one area of improvement I'd suggest, it'd be putting more attention on the formal tickets in the client panel vs Discord - I had to bump tickets in Discord to get them resolved, but to be honest I think it's understandable as from what I can see, Kuro's a one man shop at the moment. With that in mind, what they've achieved is impressive and as long as you go in expecting this and allow for it, I'd say they're a great host!

Very small team of Marketing just selling very very low quality services. Support is almost non existence.
After many tickets, me asking them to fix the network problems, they just suspended my services without any notices or refunds. SCAM!!!

Very satisfied with Kuroit VPS services - highly recommended provider. I have a couple of services with them, and it works great. The plans are not dirt cheap, but they are affordable and value for money.

Server Support is even better than Sales.
Multiple options to choose from and even custom servers are available. The server is better than market leaders yet costs less than the monopoly. I am using the one for my ecom website that works seamlessly and can handle many requests during the weekends.
Sales apart, the service is really good. No fuss, no forwarding to multiple support executives but Straight help with your questions.
I highly recommend Kuroit if you are looking for web servers for any kind of requirements/use. Cheers!

Outstanding support!
I ordered a virtual server from Kuroit but I guess my I had a request that's a little unusual. I also wanted BGP sessions so I could use my ASN and prefixes.
Puneet has been very helpful, trying to accommodate my request to the way I would like it to be implemented by the upstream (Hydra). Unfortunately the upstream was unable to fully accommodate my request but that's not Kuroit's fault. Kuroit has been amazing and if you're looking for virtual servers with a company who will do their upmost to help you then I highly recommend checking out Kuroit. Good value, good servers, superb support.

10Gbit VPS UK turned 100MBit in Italy
I ordered 10Gbit VPS in the UK
I receive VPS with an IP that was identified in Italy - with transfers to different places of the word maxing at 0.5GBit (no bad) but with less than 100Mbit to the UK.
The attempts to solve it with the ticket were met with automatic closure of those

Best hosting and support
We use Kuroit for hosting and back end development. They are extremely knowledgable and always go the extra mile if we're in urgent need.
