First wheel I sent back immediately and received refund without any problems...
After some month I gave it another shot assuming this first wheel was just the result of a bad day and ordered an entire (pretty high quality) wheel-set.
After a very very long wait I finally received them in a not-so-good-in-shape package, but was eager to get them out in the woods immediately and without prior checking - my bad : (
Unfortunately only then I realized that these wheels - again - both had a very poor trueness both in height and lateral (as well as totally diverse spoke tension).
Kurbelix offered to rework, but after this very long wait and bad experiences with their terrible spoke-in work in the first place I just went with the wheels and spent xtra bucks having them properly spoked locally... What a terrible customer experience that was: I wont buy there ever again!
To be fair: There was one positive aspect in the process: the gentleman on their phone gave me very valuable advise when defining the wheel-set; unfortunately their craftsmanship did not keep up for me.
